Our holiday home offers two spacious apartments (50 m²) in a cozy style on the 1st floor. The apartments include: 1 bedroom, 1 children's room (bunk beds), living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower/WC, balcony, parking space, satellite TV, wireless LAN.
Prices are for 4 people.

Including all taxes and fees.

Including 7 hours of air conditioning per day (additional air conditioning €0.50 per hour).

Each additional person €20.00/day extra charge.

Beautiful vacation apartment

Cozy vacation apartment, even with three children. Very clean, nicely furnished, friendly landlords (who could be asked anything at any time), quiet location with a lovely balcony. We enjoyed staying there!

Beautiful, relaxed family vacation in Krk without mass tourism.

Upon arrival, Maria, our lovely host, greeted us very warmly and hospitably. From the very first minute, we felt very comfortable and relaxed, even though we were a bit tired from the journey. Maria was always reachable and helpful whenever we had questions. In the middle of our vacation, we had a problem with our car and needed to go to a workshop. Here, too, Maria helped us very quickly, and we were even driven there. Maria has always given us great tips about the activities and excursions. Thanks to her, we were able to swim at a wonderful secret beach, where there were many fewer people and even free parking (just a 5-minute walk away). Here, our children particularly enjoyed the tranquility while snorkeling.
The vacation apartment was located in a quiet cul-de-sac, which was very important to us. The apartment was the right size for the four of us. It was very clean, and nothing was missing. We felt at home.

The beach was a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.
We visited the city of Krk several times (15-minute drive), which is highly recommended.

We had our best boat trip in Krk (4 islands, swimming, swimming cave, golden beach), which we will never forget.

Thank you so much, dear Maria, for making it possible for us to have such a wonderful holiday!

We recommend to anyone coming to Krk to rent Maria's vacation apartment.

Wonderful holiday destination

The location of the house is in a very quiet and pleasant environment. Upon arrival, you are welcomed friendly, and you can come anytime if you need anything. The host/hostess is always available for questions.
The house as well as the rooms (apartment) are very clean. The room is fully equipped (as promised in the description) and very homey. You feel right at home. Price-wise just great. I've been here for the 4th time this year and I will always come back! I can only recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

We found a great, spacious vacation apartment where nothing was missing. The furnishings were like new and clean. If there were any questions or problems, you could turn to the Basic family, who were very kind and helpful. The vacation destination Malinska is absolutely worth a visit, as well as the whole island of Krk. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back again and again.

We will gladly come back!

We have already spent our vacation with the Basic family three times.
The apartment is very well-kept and clean. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We always felt comfortable and safe.
The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs for a 1-3 week vacation.
The apartment is not directly by the sea, but it is very quiet in the evenings.
It is not visible in the pictures, but the grill area has now become a nice barbecue hut where you can comfortably spend a barbecue evening with up to 10 people. The balcony has also been completely covered.
A tarpaulin has also been installed above the parking lot so that the cars are in partial shade.
In addition, fly screens have been installed on the windows so that you can sleep with the windows open.
The sea is always a dream.
There are many excursion destinations on the island.
We would love to come back and also recommend this apartment with a clear conscience!

Hello! It was a very nice vacation. The apartment was very clean, including the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Although it was 1.5 km to the beach, it didn't bother us as we drove to different coves every day with our car. You can get everywhere with the bus as well. The price for the apartment was also fine for a week with 4 people. We had nice weather every day with over 30 degrees. Thanks again. Best regards, Family Kühlmann.
