Simply recommended ?!
We found a great, spacious vacation apartment where nothing was missing. The furnishings were like new and clean. If there were any questions or problems, you could turn to the Basic family, who were very kind and helpful. The vacation destination Malinska is absolutely worth a visit, as well as the whole island of Krk. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back again and again.

We have already spent our vacation with the Basic family three times.
The apartment is very well-kept and clean. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We always felt comfortable and safe.
The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs for a 1-3 week vacation.
The apartment is not directly by the sea, but it is very quiet in the evenings.
It is not visible in the pictures, but the grill area has now become a nice barbecue hut where you can comfortably spend a barbecue evening with up to 10 people. The balcony has also been completely covered.
A tarpaulin has also been installed above the parking lot so that the cars are in partial shade.
In addition, fly screens have been installed on the windows so that you can sleep with the windows open.
The sea is always a dream.
There are many excursion destinations on the island.
We would love to come back and also recommend this apartment with a clear conscience!

Beautiful vacation 2020
We spontaneously drove to Croatia, despite Corona it was a very beautiful and relaxing vacation. The vacation rental is great. Very clean and equipped with everything. The landlords are also very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay with the Basic family in Malinska-Dubašnica. We will come back again ;)

Vacation in Croatia
Holiday apartment was absolutely fantastic, hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed in several holiday apartments in Germany and Austria, but this one was very well equipped and very clean. If we go on holiday to Croatia again, we will try to book this accommodation again.

Wir kommen wieder :)
Super schöne und absolut saubere Ferienwohnung, mit allem, was man als Urlauber so braucht. Bei Fragen, sei es zur Wohnung, Umgebung, Ausflügen usw sind die Vermieter jederzeit zu erreichen oder sogar vor Ort und helfen weiter :) Zum Strand ist es zwar ein Stück zu laufen, war aber auch für unsere Jungs mit fünf und sechs Jahren kein Problem!
Zu diesem Preis, absolut empfehlenswert!

Apartman je jako uredan i cist, na dobrom mjestu, 15 min hoda do centra. Mirno i ugodno. Marija ljubazna, uredna i u svakom trenutku na usluzi. Biciklom dostupnost mnogim destinacijama. Plodine samo par km. Rado bi dalje preporucila i do sljedeci put hvala.

Family holiday on the island of Krk
We had a very nice stay on the island of Krk and in this holiday flat. We were greeted very friendly by the landlords, who also gave us some valuable tips. The flat is very centrally located so that we could easily visit other towns and beaches. The flat is very modern and clean. We can highly recommend it.

Very nice hosts
have used this flat for the second time and will do it again! Very quiet, somewhat secluded location, just right for chilling out. We were on the road with the motorbike and saw a lot. But it is very central! 1/2 hour Rijeka to the local harbour and beach promenades 5 minutes by car. 15-20 minutes to the ferry to Rab and Cres!

guten tag!....
es war ein sehr schöner urlaub .... das appartment wr sehr sauber, zimmer, bad, küche auch.... bis zumstrand waren es zwar 1,5 km aber es hate usn nicht gestört waren jeden tag mit unseren auto unterwegs an verschiedenen badebuchten... man kommt überall hin auch mit bus....
der preis fürdie wohnung war auch in ordnung für eine woche, bei 4 personen... hatten auch jedentag schönes wetter bei über 30 grad...

Besser geht's nicht
Die Appartements sind sehr modern und sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Garten mit Grill. In 5 min ist man am Meer. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
