Bed linen only included from 4 nights, otherwise can be booked for 7,50 €/person.
Towels on request, 7,50 €/person/set (1 shower and 2 towels), kitchen linen must always be brought along.
When booking only one overnight stay, a total service fee of 80 € instead of 70 € is due.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: The deposit is always due. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days, the booking will be cancelled. Cancellations made up to 8 weeks in advance are free of charge. For cancellations made up to 4 weeks in advance, 50% of the rental price will be charged. For cancellations made less than 4 weeks in advance, the full rental price is due. It is always possible to name a substitute tenant. A security deposit of €100 will be charged, which is to be paid on site.

Highly recommended

The house is quiet but still central. Norddeich and the center of Norden can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities are even a few minutes away on foot. The house is completely and well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no microwave. Everything else you need is available. The fireplace and underfloor heating are ideal for the slightly cooler season. The landlord and the property management are friendly and accommodating.

Perfect vacation

Hello everyone, perfect because we found everything as described. We immediately felt at home. We did not miss anything in the vacation house. The fully equipped kitchen with its super sharp knives, complete service, wine glasses, beer glasses, water glasses, etc. all matched perfectly. No "collected" individual pieces. The interior decoration was top-notch, everything very clean. Plenty of reading material about the area, the North Sea, and sights. Books and notebooks for children and board games were also available. Additionally, the weather was very nice. Everything just came together perfectly. We had a great time. Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday home.

Beautiful holidays in a quiet location

The holiday home meets all aspects needed for a relaxing vacation: central location between the city (north) and the beach (Norddeich), storage space for bikes, complete amenities and loving decoration of the living areas, outdoor seating areas with a roof and barbecue facilities, and the edge location of the three-unit house. We all felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation. Would love to come again!

Top holiday home with indoor pool in a beautiful location directly on the shore of Lake Constance!

Good quiet location, bakery and butcher within walking distance around the corner, about 20 minutes walk to the town center of Norden, quickly reachable by bike to Norddeich/Beach, we really liked the holiday home and can only recommend it:)

Quiet clean house.

A great short break in the mountains.

Holiday in the North

The house is located in a quiet area, bakery and butcher around the corner, very good amenities, good public transport connections. We were welcomed by Mr. Bottmer with a cup of coffee. It was great when one morning we only had cold water that Mr. Bottner organized a craftsman within an hour, who promptly fixed the problem. A big praise for that. We really enjoyed our vacation in this holiday home and drove home relaxed. We recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience.

We will gladly come back.

Except for the quite overloaded autumn decoration in summer. And still present Christmas decoration. The plastic shrub in the bedroom as well as all decorations should also be dusted off. The window cleaner should come more than once a year. The trash cans with their lids are impractical. Positive is the kitchen with everything you need. Dishes in all variations. The rooms are very well laid out. WiFi router should be restarted occasionally, as I had no internet with a Huawei smartphone and my mobile data was used up after 2 weeks.

Liebe Familie S., ich dekoriere unser Haus wirklich gerne um und finde es trotz Ihrer Kritik positiv, dass Gäste die Deko auch wahrnehmen. Seit über 20 Jahren hatte das Haus immer jahreszeitlich bezogene Dekoration. Leider wurde mein Vater im Frühjahr sehr krank und ist auch verstorben. Für uns keine Chance mehr ins Haus zu fahren. (Wir sind auf die Ferien angewiesen und haben über 800 km eine Strecke.) Ich selber finde die Herbst/ Weihnachtsdeko im Sommer auch schlimm, kann es aber dieses Jahr einfach nicht ändern. Das betrifft auch die Blumen im Schlafzimmer (leider überlebt hier nur" Plastik"- wie Sie es bezeichnen). Die Fenster von Häusern an der Nordseeküste könnten Sie täglich putzen und würden morgen nichts mehr davon sehen. (Wind und salzhaltige Luft). Das Geschirr "in allen Variationen", sind im Grund genommen 2 vollständige Service. Was Ihr Smartphone angeht, hatten Sie wohl Pech, denn bei den anderen Gästen scheint alles gut zu funktinieren. Unser Verwalter wäre Ihnen hier mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden, hätten Sie ihn deswegen kontaktiert.

Arrive and Feel at Home

After long restrictions, we were glad to have arrived at this great accommodation. Cozily reading a book in peace on the terrace, listening to the birds, having breakfast in the sunshine. We found the quiet location great because it was just too crowded for us at the beach in Norddeich, as expected. Instead, we explored the beautiful surroundings by bike and ate plenty of fresh fish, enjoyed delicious cake at Remmers, breathed the good air, and let our souls unwind. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would have liked to extend by 2 weeks.

Cozy feel-good house

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

The holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The garden invites you to relax. The grandchildren were able to play there. We felt very comfortable!!!
The location only received 4 points because the sea and the beach are 3 kilometers away. We rode our bicycles to Norddeich and the beach. The city center of Norden is also about 3 kilometers away. One positive point is that a bakery and grocery stores are nearby.

Great time, the four of us Double deck player had a lot of fun (sun, beach, and sea)

Wonderful vacation for two

This holiday home comes highly recommended. The very loving décor of the house makes you feel more at home than in a stranger's apartment. The beautifully landscaped garden with a terrace and its own beach chair invites you to play, barbecue, or simply relax. There is also a private beach chair available at the beach for the apartment! . . . . . The landlords have taken the trouble to create several folders with information about the surroundings and the sights. Even on days with bad weather or for "lazy days," there is plenty to do. There are books and games in the house, and there is also a TV and Wi-Fi available. Highly recommended!

We sailed on the Alexander von Humboldt (green Beck's beer ship) for several years. We are horse riders and since 2016 proud grandparents.
