Description
Our bright holiday home offers you a lot of free space during your holiday on 93 sqm of living space. On the ground floor, it has a separate well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4-plate cooker, oven and fridge with freezer compartment) with dining area, a large living room (TV, WLAN, DVD player, Playstation 2 with 6 games, stereo system) with access to the terrace and garden and a WC. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer and another storage room. The rooms on the ground floor have external shutters.
On the terrace, which cannot be seen from the outside, with a cosy seating area, awning and outdoor barbecue, you can relax and enjoy the evening.
On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and the shower room (hairdryer) with two washbasins. The third bedroom, also with a double bed and TV, is in the attic. All bedrooms can be darkened and have adjustable slatted frames and quality mattresses. For additional sleeping comfort, we have two Visco foam mattress toppers available for our guests. Recently, the 1st floor has been equipped with insect screens.
In our holiday home, baby cot, changing table, high chair, potty & co. are available free of charge. We have also thought about the safety of the little ones and have installed socket protectors and stair guards.
A lockable storage room for exclusive use is located in front of the house and offers enough space for your sports equipment. A handcart is also available here for your use.
A car parking space is directly in front of the house, further parking spaces are approx. 20m away.
The south-facing property with terrace and garden offers optimal conditions for sunny and relaxing holidays.
Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Our large holiday home is close to the beach in the quiet Lange Drift holiday home area. A bakery, bicycle rental and the indoor seawater wave pool are in the immediate vicinity. The supermarket and various restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
In addition to the mudflat walks and the great shallow-sloping beach, Hooksiel offers a wide range of activities for families with children as well as water sports enthusiasts.
The children's playhouse in Hooksiel, the play city in Wangerland and the seawater aquarium in Wilhelmshaven make children's hearts beat faster and are a welcome change.
Surfing, sailing, water skiing and wakeboarding (lift) are possible as well as fishing on the Hooksmeer. The Hooksmeer is a 60 ha inland waterway and therefore tide-independent.
Or take the opportunity to visit Jever with its beautiful old town and famous brewery. Wilhelmshaven is also worth a trip with its many museums or a harbour tour.
There is also an 18-hole golf course nearby.

| Prices apply for up to 4 persons (from 14 years). For the 5 and 6 person (from 14 years) there is an additional charge of 5,00 € per day A short stay (2 nights) is possible on request. The prices are given here subject to confirmation. For first-time bookers we charge a deposit of 50€. In addition, as hosts, we are obliged to collect the spa tax for the spa administration before the start of the trip. This amounts to € 3.00 per person and day in the high season (April to October) and € 1.15 per person and day in the low season (no guarantee). Children up to the age of 4 are exempt from the health resort fee. 4-17 year olds are graded according to age. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 50 days before the arrival date.
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, offset by the saved expenses, if re-renting is not possible: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - up to 35 days: 30% of the rental price - up to 21 days: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days: 90% of the rental price - otherwise 100% of the rental price
