Our brand new (2019) and wonderfully equipped villa Aria with private pool and garden is a true oasis of tranquility. The villa is located in a small village Bralici, just a short drive from the gorgeous Vrsar, Funtana and Rovinj
The villa is situated on a large private plot, surrounded by green meadows and nature, and with your bright colors and decor promises pure relaxation and privacy for up to 6 people. The house consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds, a light-filled living room with sofa bed for two persons (160x200) and an exit to a covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as a very modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower and washing machine
Outside you will find a lovely, private 32mq pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers, an outdoor barbecue and dining area for pleasant summer evenings with family and friends and a fenced garden with views of the green surroundings
At your disposal also free wifi, private parking, 2 air conditioners and SAT-Tv.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a private property in a small village Bralici, next to Vrsar. Nearby is one of the most famous restaurants in the area ("Gradina"). The beautiful Vrsar with its wide range of leisure activities and beaches is only 7 km away and the famous Rovinj with its town centre is about 10 km south of Bralici and only a short drive away
Not far from the house is also a beautiful headland, the nature reserve Lim Fjord with its fish restaurants and excursion possibilities

Dream Recovery Vacation
What a vacation, the best I ever had.
Great house, clean and wonderfully modernly furnished.
Dining options very nearby.
Sea about 10 km away.
Especially to praise is the landlord, friendly and very accommodating.
We will definitely spend another vacation in this house.

Great villa and great rest
The holiday home or Villa Aria is exactly what it promises. Everything looks really great inside and out. It is very quiet and therefore relaxing. The pool is wonderful and the landlord is very friendly. One kilometre away there is a very nice and good konoba. We had a great holiday and can recommend the villa ;-)

Relaxing holiday with beautiful accommodation
We arrived as a family of four. The villa was very clean and spacious. The two air conditioners worked excellently and made for a pleasant stay in hot temperatures
The town of Vrsar is a beautiful harbour town with appealing gastronomy. We visited our favourite restaurant Gradina Grill almost every day...it is only 1km away from Villa Aria.
