Description

The house is habitable the whole year. It has a sunny, sheltered, very quiet location with air conditioning and internet access, a playground for children, table tennis for young and old and the beautiful walks along the lake and to the mills ensure the best pastime. In fine summer weather you spend the day at the beach, ça 15min. Car and would then return to the peace in his little holiday paradise. Your dog is a kl. Surcharge welcome.
It is composed of a living (new bed) and dining room with a wide kitchenette. Through a small hallway leads into die2 bedroom. The wide shower is "in the tower".

The pavilion is very centrally located, but very quietly, 17km from Narbonne, 10km from Beziers, 17km from St. Pierre la mer, 17km from Valras-Plage, 3 km from the Canal du midi
It has its own entrance, 2 large terraces, a large parking area and cast. 1000sqm plot.
To go shopping; Dealing or market, is 300m.
The beaches are in 15-20min. to reach.

If you cannot come due to a coronavirus issue, the deposit will be refunded immediately. There will be no costs for you; this is to be arranged in writing in advance. I have already arranged it this way with some tenants.

Best holiday feeling

Holidays as painted. When the weather is nice, life can take place outdoors. Fantastic view, beautiful fenced garden that the children could use. The house is well equipped and really offers enough space for a family. The very friendly landlady is discreet but helpful with any questions.
A holiday home like this? Again and again with pleasure.
