Description

The quietly located ground floor flat consists of a living-dining room, a bedroom and a shower room with WC. The living-dining room is equipped with a smart TV, a living room cupboard including some books and games for children and adults, a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen, a cooker with a large ceramic hob and an oven. There is enough cooking and eating utensils, glasses and cutlery for 4 people. In addition, the fitted kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an egg boiler, a coffee maker, a blender, etc

On request, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge

A free underground parking space is available for your car for the duration of your stay.
Washing machine and dryer can be used in the communal cellar for a fee.

There is garden furniture on the small terrace that belongs to the holiday flat.
Wi-Fi and a full HD TV are of course available.

Location and surroundings of object

The spa park opposite invites you to linger and go for a walk. It also offers a small animal zoo and a large adventure playground for your children. There is a miniature golf course near the dyke.
In less than 5 minutes you can reach both the sandy and the well-kept green beach.
Gastronomy as well as shopping facilities (groceries, bakery) are within walking distance.
The Kugelbake and the world shipping route are within sight from the beach.
In addition to walks, for example to the Kugelbake or, along the green beach, to the "Alte Liebe" (Old Love), as well as bicycle tours, you can take a mudflat hike to the island of Neuwerk and return by boat or horse-drawn carriage. We also recommend a trip to Hamburg with the Lower Saxony ticket.

additional information about rental price:

In addition to the costs for the overnight stays as well as the fee for the (35€), there is a local spa tax. The amounts are set by the spa administration of the city of Cuxhaven. Children up to 16 years of age are free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but can be booked in addition for a fee of 12€ per linen package. In this case, your beds are of course made up.
The baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. During the high season (summer), weekend arrivals and departures are welcome.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 35 days before the arrival date.

For a cancellation up to 4 weeks before the agreed travel date, 50% of the agreed payment is due. For cancellations from the 4th week to the day of arrival, the guest is obligated to pay 80% of the agreed payment.

Perfect apartment

We were there at the beginning of March! Very nice small apartment, perfect for the two of us. Directly across from the spa park and 5-7 minutes to the beach. Also just a few minutes to the bus stop. We would love to come back.

Beach holiday

Great location as it is right near the beach, local amenities in the town are quickly reached on foot. The apartment is nicely equipped and clean, there is nothing to complain about, maybe the shower, which is quite "tight". But for a few days of vacation, that shouldn't be a big issue. Overall, this apartment can be recommended.

Excellent holiday apartment in a top location.

Very beautiful and well-equipped apartment on the ground floor. Suitable for 4 adults. Absolutely handicapped accessible. We enjoyed the apartment including the surroundings. View directly onto the spa park. An excellent location, only about 400 m to the Kugelbake (where the river Elbe meets the North Sea). Very easily accessible, especially for people with walking disabilities, even those affected. Very friendly landlady and very good on-site service. Would repeat anytime.

Exclusive holiday apartment.

The proximity to the Kugelbake, the dike crossing of the Elbe estuary into the North Sea, and the park directly opposite the apartment are all very good. Especially noteworthy for people with mobility impairments who rely on a walker or similar aid.

Super location, beautiful flat :)

The flat offers everything a small family with two small children needs, even a travel cot and a high chair would be provided. The beach and the Kugelbake are only a few minutes' walk away. The park opposite with its small animal zoo and large playground is perfect for a holiday with children.
All in all, we really enjoyed our short holiday and will definitely visit the flat again.

Good holiday flat directly opposite the spa gardens

The holiday flat is within walking distance of the beach, on the other side of the road is the spa park. The location is accordingly very good. The cleanliness is top.
Due to its location on the ground floor, the flat is well suited for people with limited mobility, but not 100% barrier-free - it was enough for a walking cast and a small wheelchair (with assistance) ;-)
Ideal for families with up to two children, but it gets cramped for three or more.
The underground parking space is practical, as the few spaces on the street are much sought after - not only by tourists. This also keeps the car nice and cool in summer.

All in all, we can recommend the flat with a clear conscience.

Beautiful apartment in a very good location.

The apartment is very well equipped and offers everything the family needs. The underground parking space is also practical, as there are few parking spaces nearby (close to the beach) and we hardly needed the car anyway. We also liked the park opposite with the playground and animals (penguin feeding at 3.00 p. m.!) - it's perfect with children. The walk to the beach is very short as well, you reach the Kugelbake quite quickly. We enjoyed the vacation very much and are happy to recommend the apartment.

Dream flat

The flat is cosily furnished and everything you need is there.
The beds are wonderfully comfortable and there is also room for a baby cot. Our one-year-old daughter and we felt very comfortable.
The proximity to the spa park and the beach are unbeatable and worth their weight in gold, especially with a child.
The house is very well kept and not at all noisy.
Relaxation is guaranteed here.
The nice and friendly contact with Mrs. Brand will also remain in our best memories.

Ideal holiday flat for family with a toddler

Hello Mrs Brand, this is the second time we have stayed in your beautiful and well-equipped holiday flat. For us, the location is ideal - directly at the spa park with playground and animals, short distance to the beach and everything else is also easy to reach on foot or by bike. We rarely took the car out of the underground garage during the two weeks. Due to the dead-end street, the flat is very quiet and our son was allowed to go to the penguins on his own. He would have loved to extend his holiday! We will be happy to come back!

Very nice! - but unfortunately too short...

We immediately liked the apartment... we felt very comfortable. It is located very close to the beach and in a quiet area. Unfortunately, we only had 1 week (which is way too short!!!) but we will definitely come back next year.

Ideal with small children

Hello,
i spent a few days with my three-year-old daughter in the beautiful, friendly and well-equipped holiday flat and am thrilled. The arrival on site and also the departure were very uncomplicated, friendly and well organised. Due to the short distances to the park and the beach with the large adventure playgrounds, we had a very relaxed and active, eventful time. We will be very happy to come back.
