Description

Our flat house is located on the most beautiful part of the south shore of Lake Balaton in Siófok, spa town, on the Golden Shore.

In a beautiful, well-kept garden, 4 different, very nice, well-kept flats are available for our guests - each with a terrace or balcony.

The fine sandy, slowly deepening bathing area is only about 100 m away. It is also ideal for families with children and water sports enthusiasts.

One flat is secretly for 4-6 persons. Here you will find floor plans, surroundings and flat photos.

At a distance of 50 m we have another holiday house with two self-contained halves, each for 4-6 persons. One flat consists of the following: On the ground floor: living/dining room, bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom, toilet, terrace. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, shower, toilet, balcony. In the garden there are toys, sandbox, swings for children.

Barbecue in the garden. Free parking in front of the house

We speak German, English, Italian.

Pets are not allowed.

Rest and recovery were not possible

From 04. -14.07.2022 we had booked Apartment 2 in this apartment building. The equipment and location of the apartment were good and corresponded to the description. It turned out on site that there is currently a construction site on the directly adjacent property. The peace was over daily from at the latest 8:00 a.m. The landlord did not mention this in advance. An attempt at a clarifying conversation was unsuccessful and on the 3rd day of our stay, we moved to another self-found vacation home. We were stuck with the majority of the costs already paid, despite the circumstances described. I can only advise all interested parties to question whether the construction work is still ongoing before making a booking. If so, do not book because then there is no possibility of relaxation.

In Unserem Nachbargrundstück hatten wir wirklich eine Baustelle.
Wir haben versucht das Bauen verschieben, aber unsere Versuche waren erfolglos.

Als Entschadigung bieten wir der Familie Reißland eine Bonus von 200 Euro an, das Sie im Jahr 2023 in unserem Apartmanhaus verwenden kann.
