Rental home
House (detached house) with sea views. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house has TV and Internet access. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, in the utility room a washing machine. The windows are fitted with double glazing and mosquito repellent.
The house has 2 terraces and a large garden overlooking the Gulf of Porto Vecchio and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
There is a car parking space available.
On the other land half a large swimming pool, which can be shared for swimming is (exclusively reserved for the tenants!).
A stay on the terraces in the pool environment that belong to the neighbor's house, however, is not possible.

COTTAGE

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house has German / French TV and Internet access. In the kitchen is a dishwasher, in the utility room a washing machine. On the other half plot there is a large pool, which can be shared for swimming.
However, a stay on the terraces in the pool environment that belong to the house next door is not possible. But has the house on two own large terraces which can be used completely undisturbed.
APARTMENT :
The apartment is about 40m² in size and located in the basement of the semi-detached house of the owner, which is not rented. The studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a (sleeping) Coach, a bathroom and a kitchen. The equipment includes washing machine, TV (German / French), stereo recorder, Internet access and a modern kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and an oven.
Due to its location in the basement of the apartment building and thermo-glazing aluminum windows (with built-in mosquito repellent), temperatures are also cool in summer. In addition, an inverter air conditioner is installed.
From the apartment, it overlooks the Gulf of Porto Vecchio.
In the absence of the owner, the two large terraces of the house can be shared with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The pool use is included in the price, but exclusively reserved to the tenants !

A perfect family vacation!
We spent 11 nights in this wonderfully quiet holiday home. The owners greeted us warmly and provided us with valuable and helpful tips. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was fully equipped (all important cooking utensils for delicious cooking or grilling, a large refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, microwave etc.) It offered plenty of space for two adults, 2 teenagers, and a dog - and a large and well-maintained pool for swimming and cooling off. If you don't want to go to the Caribbean beaches nearby (10 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot), you can simply enjoy the house, the beautiful garden, the tranquility, and the pool. Have breakfast, dinner or read a book on the terrace while enjoying the magnificent view of the sea and mountains in the bay of Porto Vecchio - it was fantastic! Corsica and especially Porto Vecchio and the surrounding area offer many other exciting activities (hiking in the Bavella mountains, swimming spots, beautiful beaches, snorkeling and diving, etc...). We took a diving course at a nearby diving school - a great experience in the crystal-clear sea among large schools of fish and with super nice diving instructors! In our opinion, the perfect holiday address to enjoy and discover Corsica! We can highly recommend the holiday home and look forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful apartment with a great view location
We were five in the vacation rental for one week and really enjoyed the location, the beautiful view from the terraces, and of course the pool. For us, it was a perfect vacation rental. A car is important for shopping and outings due to the lack of infrastructure, but it is absolutely quiet. Contact with the landlady was always friendly and prompt. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation.

Semi-detached house in a great, quiet location!
We were a total of six people in the holiday house for a week and really enjoyed our time there! The house is very quiet and only a few minutes away from a great snorkeling spot. It's also great that the house has air conditioning in all rooms.
The house has a fantastic view that we enjoyed every day!
We were able to use the pool, which is located on the owners' property, but as stated in the description, we are not allowed to stay there. The path from the pool to the terrace is short, but it cannot be seen from the rented house, so if you have children, you have to go with them to the pool.
In this price category, we had imagined a few things differently: we had the feeling that discarded things found a place in the rented house, for example, the old black leather sofa, there was not enough, continuous tableware for 6 people, promotional mugs with broken handles, etc.
The owner of the house was very friendly and gave us great tips for restaurants in the area!
We would come back anytime!

Wir hatten anfänglich das Haus mit einem sehr schönen Geschirrservice und auch höherwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Leider hat sich herausgestellt, daß einige Gäste diesbezüglich nicht die gleiche Sorgfalt wie bei sich zuhause an den Tag legen: Ein Sessel wurde von einem Hund zerbissen, das Sofa bekam immer mehr Flecken, die sich kaum noch entfernen ließen, und wurde schließlich durch herumhüpfende Kinder zerbrochen. Beim Geschirr ist es ähnlich: Nach jeder Saison sind mindestens ein halbes dutzend Gläser, Teller oder Becher zerbrochen. Bei den Franzosen ist es üblich, eine Mietkaution zu hinterlegen. Beim Auszug wird eine Inventur gemacht (insbesondere bei Familien mit Kindern) und jedes Teil in Rechnung gestellt. Uns ist das zu mühselig, dafür ist es auch nicht schlimm, wenn mal ein Teller oder Glas kaputt geht, das passiert gerade bei Kindern immer wieder mal.
Wir haben den Fokus mehr auf die Technik gelegt: Deutsche Elektroinstallation, Vollklimatisation, elektrische Rolladen und Markise, Glasfaser-Internet etc. Man muß Prioritäten setzten.....

Great sea view in a quiet location
Very well-equipped, spacious holiday home in a great location. The view from the terrace is awesome. Within walking distance, there is good access to the sea with clear, clean water, but no sandy beach. Water shoes are recommended. We went there with the stand-up paddleboard. The most beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. The contact with the landlords in advance and on-site was top-notch. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location
We stayed in the house in summer 2018 with 4 people and enjoyed the fantastic view and the Mediterranean ambience for 12 days. As the house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, another couple could easily stay there.
If you want to jump onto the beach from your hotel room, you are in the wrong place. There are a few possibilities to get to the sea on foot or to the beach via a neighbouring campsite. For us, this was sufficient. We drove a few times by car to various other beaches and got the sufficient dosage of sand, many people, a lot of sun, ... ..
We will gladly spend one of our holidays there again.
