The apartment was completed and furnished the beginning, 2015.
The apartment is part of a private residence (10 apartments), each with a private entrance and a parking space (no. 1).
Through the gate, they come in a large fenced garden with Loorbeersträuchen and an arcade with table and chairs. From here they come in a living room with a kitchenette, induction plates, refrigerator with a large, separate freezer, dishwasher, table with chairs, satellite TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.
From the living room takes a shower. The apartment has only one double bedroom with an extra single bed.
This apartment can be rented also good in winter as it is equipped with heat pumps and excellent fittings.
Priorities of this apartment are: an impeccable décor, air conditioning (which is deducted from the kWh when staying), the distance of only 400 mt.
