Both apartments together offer the best accommodation for 2 families who want to spend their vacation together but do not want to give up a private area. Also well suited for family gatherings and smaller groups, but also great for single families and couples. The apartments have separate entrances and access to the large garden.
Holiday home with 2 comfortable holiday apartments, which are mostly equipped with cork flooring. In 2017, 2 new kitchens were installed, up to 5 people per apartment, in the idyllic village of Glashütte with history, the lower apartment is wheelchair accessible and has a dishwasher, pets upon request, living-bedroom, wood-burning stove, satellite, new kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower - WC, balcony or terrace, telephone, washing machine, bicycles free, large garden, playground, barbecue area, garden furniture, close to lake and forest. The rental price of €60/night includes 2 people, each additional person costs €15 extra. For rentals up to 5 nights, a one-time surcharge of €50 applies. During peak periods, the base price is €70/night.
Bed linen, towels, table linen, Wi-Fi internet, calls to the German landline network, and the preparation of the apartment are included in the price.
Each apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with cork flooring.
The apartment on the 1st... You reach the floor via a covered outdoor staircase.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Beautiful holiday flat
We liked the flat very much. Tasteful furnishings and good equipment. Very well maintained and clean. Many excursion destinations can be reached in a short time. We will be happy to come back.

Relaxing days in the Lipper Land

relaxing holiday
We had a lot of fun in the beautiful surroundings and in the very nice and clean apartment. This was the best-equipped (especially kitchen) apartment we have ever stayed in!
Super large garden behind the house, where you can let children play without direct supervision. We especially liked the free provision of bicycles (with child seat), with which you can do pleasant laps around the Schieder See, for example.
The landlord/landlady was also very nice and uncomplicated.
Must be mentioned: Swimming in the Schieder See, or officially Emmerstausee, is prohibited, hence the deduction of a star for the location.

Send apartment for 2 people perfect...4 people works too.
The apartment is nicely furnished, everything you need is there......The furniture is fresh and fits well......
The only downside is that the mobile network is not great, or even non-existent. However, there is a landline available for making phone calls, which is good.
From Saturday afternoon, there was no Wi-Fi signal. The signal was there, but there was no connection to the internet.
In conclusion, if we are drawn to this area again, we will come back.
Renting, moving into the apartment, and departure were all uncomplicated.

Hello dear guests, my wife and I have been running holiday flats at Lake Schieder See for more than 20 years and since our three daughters have left our Swedish house in the meantime, we also rent out a holiday flat for up to 6 people and a smaller flat for up to 4 people here ( 15 minutes by car from Lake Schieder See) Our flats are regularly renovated and any damage is repaired immediately. Each has access to the beautiful garden with barbecue area, large wooden swing, beach chair and loungers. The local small swimming pool is within two minutes walking distance.
