You want to enjoy your holiday with friends but don't want to give up your privacy? Then we have the right thing: The flats Spatzennest and Spätzchen are located directly next to each other and can be combined with two connecting doors. This flat then offers a total of 8 sleeping places in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a comfort sofa bed in the living area of the "Spatzennest", 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 TVs ... In the spacious, 50 sqm living/dining area of the "Spatzennest" there is enough space for communal meals or cosy togetherness and if required, there is always the possibility to withdraw. This flat is also ideal for your "multi-generational holiday".
The large south-facing terrace with garden furniture and awning gives you direct access to the garden and playground.
As in all our new flats, the wooden ceiling beams are also visible here and provide a cosy ambience. LCD TV, stereo system and books (for exchange) are available.

The small fishing village of Langholz is located on the Schwansen peninsula between the idyllic towns of Eckernförde and Kappeln, where you can expect a wide range of shopping and leisure opportunities. There is also a wide range of cultural and leisure activities on offer here, especially in the summer season. The Baltic Sea Garden is about a five-minute walk from the sea and offers early risers a magnificent sunrise during a morning walk. You can intensively experience the beauty of nature on individually adapted routes on the Baltic Sea hiking and driving trail. The beach invites you to sunbathe and swim, but water sports enthusiasts and anglers also get their money's worth. In the interior of the municipality you can find megalithic graves, which indicate a settlement in the Stone Age. Ludwigsburg Castle and the Waabser Marienkirche are also worth seeing.

Absolutely great
Dear Meike, dear Heribert, dear Eva,
as experienced Baltic Sea holidaymakers, we can speak from several years of experience: IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL HERE !!! Wonderful apartment, Grandma was in the Spätzchen next door and we were with the kids in the Spatzennest - very relaxed and highly recommended. The equipment is very extensive, we lacked nothing. The surroundings are so diverse, there was always something new to discover, cities, beaches, castles, sights ... and of course your chickens - a nice highlight on the side and really delicious eggs.
