Description
An authentic Ardéchois holiday home with a large terrace, a barbecue, and a view of the garden. This is the only holiday home on the property with two floors. On the lawn, there are several seating areas and a large linden tree provides pleasant shade. The swimming pool and the children's playground are just around the corner. The Orangerie has a large living and dining room, a raised ground floor, and two large bedrooms, one of which is upstairs. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. The amenities of this vacation home include Wi-Fi internet, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, and a grill / oven. We can add a fifth bed for an additional charge.

Le Moulin de Lande has 4 quietly located holiday homes. They are spread far apart. You can enjoy your vacation in many different ways on the property. Beautiful flowers bloom all year round in the large garden. There are fruit trees everywhere: feel free to pick fruits like cherries, plums, apples, or figs whenever they are ripe. The 12 by 5 meter heated swimming pool is located next to a terrace with lounge chairs and parasols. You can relax on the private sandy beach or go swimming in the river. Pizza fans will love the wood-fired oven next to the river. You can also take a leisurely walk along the 500-meter stretch of river next to the Merlot vineyard.
The small river La Lande flows through the property along a 500-meter stretch. One can observe swimming fish and many other animals in it. Upstream from the olive and grain mill and the winery, there is a private sandy beach with a small waterfall. You can go swimming in many places! In the summer, you may be tempted to spend most of your time on this sandy beach. If you are feeling adventurous, try to spot the beavers at dusk.
If you want to go to a bakery, there are several directly in the area. Various supermarkets are also located in the immediate vicinity. There is a wide selection of restaurants in Largentière, Chassiers, Ailhon, and Aubenas. Bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants are all nearby. On Sundays we offer bread service.

Le Moulin de land is located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche. The Ardèche offers a wonderful environment in which both relaxation and many things are possible. It is full of landscapes that can be discovered on foot, by bicycle or by car. There are many opportunities for exercise, for example, canoeing, horseback riding, fly fishing and many more. Right outside your door start hiking and biking trails. You could take a trip to pretty medieval villages such as Largentière, Chassiers and Balazuc. Each week, interesting markets held, for example, in Aubenas, Largentière and Joyeuse. The Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc are by car easy to reach. Beautiful natural place to relax
Four of us (two adults and two children 9&12) stayed at the Bergerie. It was a perfect place to be and a wonderful starting point for excursions. Often we just stayed on the property: Pool, river, garden, pizza oven, table tennis etc
Our children enjoyed playing with the other children on the property and the pizza evenings together were nice highlights. Connection was possible, but not a must. The hosts, Céleste & Theo, were very helpful and happy to share the region's special features and tips with us. A beautiful place to relax close to nature.

Beautiful property and nice hosts
We (family with three small children) had a wonderful holiday at the Orangerie. Highlights are the great property (large, well-kept, even more beautiful than on the photos) and the very nice hosts Céleste and Theo. The surrounding area also offers a lot of variety, so after two weeks we had only explored a fraction of it. We will be happy to come back.

Great holiday home!
We (family with two children aged 9 and 10) spent a wonderful week in the "Orangerie" on the grounds of the "Moulin de Lande". With almost summer temperatures, we were in the small river (Lande) that flows through the property almost every day. Our boys had a lot of fun, especially on the small natural water slide. We could relax well on the private beach. We also enjoyed the extensive grounds. The children played soccer and badminton, and fished and searched for crayfish in the river. One evening we used the pizza oven - a special experience.
Our vacation home was spacious and nicely furnished, and we also made good use of the large terrace.
Céleste and Théo were very friendly, attentive, and helpful hosts.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!
