Comfortable apartment in Swinoujscie is located in the new part of the beach promenade of Swinoujscie in Elizy Orzeszkowej Street. 6
The house has lift / elevator. Parking space in the underground garage verfuegbar (former reservation required, additional cost). In the unmittelbahren surroundings offer many gastronomy offers or Einkaufslaeden find. The apartment is located about 190m to the promenade and 450m from the sandy beach in Świnoujście.

DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT:
The vollausgestattene apartment (60sqm) with balcony offers space for 6 persons (and a child). It has a living room with sofa possibility, 1 bedroom, bathroom with toilet and shower. The traveling with children will find in the apartment a travel cot and high chair (must be ordered earlier - is not always directly in the apartment).

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has two pull-out sofas, linens, coffee table, dresser, RTV devices. Central heating is also available. These exit to the balcony.

BEDROOM:
A double bed, bed linen, two small closets, chair, wardrobe.

KITCHEN / KITCHEN:
A table with 4 chairs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hobs, fridge / freezer, dishwashers, glasses, cooking utensils, pans, utensils.

BAD:
Shower, toilet, washbasin, Hair-dryer, mirror, washing machine, towels.

MULTIMEDIA:
Cable TV (about 3 German channels), CD and DVD players, fast wireless Internet connection.

PETS:
Allowed - cats, dogs, small animals nail.

PARKING SPOT:
Parking space in the underground garage verfuegbar (former reservation required, additional cost). Vehicles with LPG are forbidden.

Location and surroundings of object

Swinoujscie is the largest port city on the island of Usedom with about 41,000 residents. The city, the only one in Poland, is located in the country of 44 islands, of which three are inhabited: Usedom, Wolin and Kaseburg. Swinoujscie is located in the limits: to the north the Baltic Sea (Bay of Pomerania), in the south of the Szczecin Lagoon, the west state border with Germany, in the east the town Międzyzdroje with Wolin National Park. Spa is only about 160 km from Berlin, from the coast of Sweden 175 km and 150 km of Denmark.
Due to this situation, along with ferry terminal and rail transport, has Swinoujscie particularly favorable conditions for the development of tourism. In recent years the city has developed very positively and now is the appropriate place for cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, sailing, fishing or just healthy relaxation.
Swinoujscie is famous from the widest beach, magnificent 12 km promenade, as well as beautiful green surroundings. With many attractions, such as highest on the Baltic lighthouse, fortress and museums, this resort is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Poland. Through whole year you can visit here numerous end shops, restaurants and bars, or take part in various sports, musical and cultural events.

Top holiday flat

We, my mother, my Labrador and I treated ourselves to a week in this very nice holiday flat. The flat and the location are very good.
I was able to park my car in the underground garage, which is recommended.
There is also a lift in the building that takes you from the underground car park or from the ground floor to the desired floor, which was necessary for my mother as this flat is on the 3rd floor

We had a super nice holiday, recommendable at any time
