Description
Just a few hundred meters from the beach and the center of Praia da Luz, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea!
In a quiet but central location the house is within walking distance to the beach, center and all amenities.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with direct access to the terrace facing south, the kitchen and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is modern and equipped and has a gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor are three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 ensuite). The impressive master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom, has a balcony from which you da Piedade can enjoy a wonderful sea view over the Atlantic Ocean, the Bay of Luz to Ponta!
The beach and the center of Luz is 5 minutes. In Luz you will find numerous restaurants and bars right on the beach as well as supermarkets.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in close proximity to the sea (120m) in the western part of Luz. The beach is about 5 minutes walk (400m), the center is also just 5 minutes. Praia da Luz has a beautiful sandy beach ideal for families with children and a promenade lined with towering palm trees. Here you will find restaurants, cafes and bars on the seafront. In the center there are several supermarkets and shops, a post office, a pharmacy and a church. One can get around easily on foot in just minutes.

The town of Lagos with its beautiful old town is 7 km away. There are many restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The coastal section to Praia da Luz offers a variety of beaches and coves surrounded by the striking red rocks of the Algarve. Water enthusiasts will get their costs, there are all imaginable water sports offered. Recommended are trips to the West Coast, because there are in the nature reserve Costa da Vincentina impressive, framed by cliffs honing kilometer wide sandy beaches. A paradise for surfers.

Alexander and Andrea’s home was perfect for our stay in Luz. The apartment was well kept and appointed for cooking and hanging out on the lovely deck. It’s quiet but only a ten minute walk to the beach, market and restaurants. Paulo, our local contact was courteous and responsive. It’s the perfect place to stay in a lovely location. We stayed at another apartment in the complex and yours was well appointed and comfortable. We hope to stay again. Thanks.

Family holiday
The holiday home is super, spacious and inviting. We were warmly welcomed by Paulo after a very nice email contact beforehand. He speaks perfect German and is always helpful. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery etc.. All rooms are cosy and the terrace is spacious. You have a beautiful view of the sea and in the evening you can hear it rushing.
We hope that we will soon have the opportunity to spend our family holiday there again and say thank you very much.

Perfect
There were four of us in this beautiful house and we enjoyed every hour of our stay. The flat is perfectly and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space for everything in the closets, rooms and on the large terrace. The kitchen also has everything you need to prepare food. Cleaning service 1x a week is great. We also found the location particularly great. Short distances to the centre of the village, the shops, the beach and the beautiful coastal hiking trail.
Very friendly and uncomplicated contact with the landlady, plus competent and super nice advice from a German-Portuguese "house manager" on site. In short, it doesn't get any better than this. Thank you very much!

super nice holiday home
We had a very nice time in this holiday home and felt very comfortable. The house is as described and was very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The location is perfect, even if you don't have a direct sea view, you can hear the smoking of the waves and enjoy the view over the bay in front of the house from the upper floor. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, but you can reach all restaurants and supermarkets in 10 minutes on foot. Also very nice contact with the landlady!!! I can only recommend booking here!
