Description
The holiday flat is approx. 70 sqm and is located on the upper floor of a terraced end house. It has a living/dining room with access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed (180x200), another bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a small shower room/WC with window. All rooms have been fitted with high-quality vinyl flooring, the bathroom is tiled. The beds are made upon your arrival, towels are also provided for you. This is a non-smoking flat, but it does have a balcony where you are of course welcome to smoke.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat Fynn is situated in an absolutely quiet location in a residential area without through traffic. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the green beach. It is only a few steps to the stop of the Büsum tram "Krabbenexpress", the town/Alleestraße is about 900 m away. The main beach/south beach is approx. 1.4 km away and the family lagoon Perlebucht approx. 1.7 km. You will find shopping facilities after approx. 800 m.

| A booking of 4 or 5 nights is possible in the high season on request and with a short stay surcharge if applicable. The prices are valid for an occupancy of up to 4 persons/day (plus visitor's tax/3.00 Euro in summer, 1.50 Euro in winter per adult). We charge a one-time fee of 20 euros for bringing a pet. Arrival is daily from 3 pm, departure is until 10 am. |
Cancellation terms:
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without nominating a subsequent tenant who fulfills the contract under the same conditions, the following fees are to be paid as compensation: - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - Less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Büsum has developed into the third largest holiday resort on the Schleswig-Holstein North Sea coast and has its charms in every season. Mudflat walks, strolling in the town centre or at the harbour, cycling tours, boat trips, swimming, sauna and wellness in the seawater wave pool "Piratenmeer", doing fast laps on the outdoor kart track or playing golf in neighbouring Warwerort - these are just a few ideas for your holiday. Water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth at the "Perlebucht Family Lagoon" with artificial sandy beach, which was redesigned in 2012. Furthermore, the seal station in Friedrichskoog, the sandy beach of Sankt Peter-Ording, the Multimar-Wattforum in Tönning and larger cities such as Husum, Hamburg or Kiel are not far away and are suitable for a day trip.

Nice short break despite some bad weather.
The telephone booking with the landlady went smoothly. Upon our arrival, the landlords were not on site, but the key was deposited as agreed. The first impression upon entering the apartment was very good. Not only was the apartment warm, it also exuded warmth and was top clean and well-maintained, beautifully furnished and lovingly decorated. A welcome greeting for humans as well as for our daughter's 2 dogs was on the dining table. We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 small dogs and felt very comfortable. The possibility to store bicycles under cover will be created shortly. The quiet location on the edge of the village is fine, even though it is about a 15-minute walk to the beach or harbor. However, the distance to shopping (Edeka, Lidl, and Aldi) and the highly recommended Mühlenbäcker is not too far. We would gladly come back again.
