Description
Our holiday home Fentjer-Perle offers holidays with comfort and time to feel good.
You can use the approx. 300 sqm garden for barbecuing or sunbathing.
The private jetty with large terrace offers a beautiful view directly onto the water and invites you to swim or fish.
The new terrace roof at the house offers protection against sun and rain, so that you can enjoy nature in any weather.
On the ground floor there is a hallway with a wardrobe, a guest toilet and a storage room.
The new fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and complete crockery.
The living-dining room is equipped with LED TV, music system, WLAN, new couch set, seating group for 6 people and wood-burning stove.
Two bedrooms with new laminate flooring are on the first floor and another in the attic. A high chair is available for small children.
The bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with shower bath, WC, washstand and washer-dryer.
The bedrooms and the living-kitchen area are equipped with fly screens.
In the garden house there are 4 bicycles as well as various garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue for free use.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located directly on the side arm of the Timmeler Meer. From the jetty, you can take your own boat directly onto the lake or out into the canals.
The sandy beach is about 300 metres from the house, where there is a nice beach café with a great outdoor terrace and a view of the Timmeler Meer
There is also a playground and a beach sauna
There is a bakery in the supermarket 500 metres away, which is also open on Sundays. The harbour, about 500 metres away, invites you to admire many beautiful boats.
Another attraction in Timmel is the RTC, one of the largest equestrian centres in Lower Saxony.

Timmel is only 7 km from the A31 motorway. Geographically, the small town lies between Aurich and Leer. Many well-known towns in East Frisia can be reached quickly from here. The North Sea coast is also worth a trip. In Timmel, the tourist information centre, which is located in the equestrian centre, offers many suggestions for a varied holiday.

A truly successful oasis
It is really very nice here. A great location, very clean and well furnished. You enjoy the peace and quiet and in the garden you can let your eyes wander and be happy about the proximity to the canal.
We are looking forward to our next stay there.

Recreation and variety
Dear Käsgen family, thank you very much for a wonderful sunny week in your very beautiful
very beautiful holiday home in Timmel. We wanted for nothing, everything we needed was there and very well organised. The house is very clean and structured, so we were able to find our way around quickly. Perfect!
We especially enjoyed the peace and nature, eating on the terrace, sunbathing with a view of the water, the first swim of the year in the beautiful lake and many excursions!
We also enjoyed using the bicycles, there are many beautiful cycle paths and lots to discover.
We can highly recommend the holiday home for water sports enthusiasts and people who like to be out in nature. And for all those who like to bite into a very tasty fish sandwich. We will be happy to come back.

Holiday home with boat
Very nice cozy and clean house. You don't lack anything and you feel like at home. Nice landlords and management! We would rent the holiday home again at any time.

Recreation directly by the water.
We had a very enjoyable week in this well-maintained and perfectly located holiday home.
The well-equipped house is just a three-minute leisurely walk from the Timmler Meer, including a playground, and the nearest bakery is just a five-minute walk away. Within 30-60 minutes by car, you can reach the North Sea or Wilhelmshaven. The house has a garden with an attached jetty, which not only invites you to fish but also serves as a mooring for the house's rowing boat. If you want to thoroughly explore the Timmler Sea and the surrounding canals, you should treat yourself to a motor drive (available from the landlord) for the rowing boat. Life jackets, as well as bicycles and a gas grill, are available for free use. The secluded terrace is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a post-work beer, or a delicious glass of wine.
The house provides enough space, puzzles, and board games to spend a rainy day without getting bored.
Our conclusion: We had a relaxing and diverse week and will definitely come back next year!
