Dalmatian Villa with Pool and Sea View, Panoramic View of the Dalmatian Islands of Brac and Hvar.
Villa Marina features four separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as one bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms available. In total, Villa Marina can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa boasts a large terrace with a private heated pool of 60m², a covered seating area and grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers, and umbrellas.
The living area spans 264m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.
A closed garage for multiple cars as well as outdoor parking spaces are reserved for guests on the property.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, two bathrooms with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Additionally, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, and access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the large terrace with stunning sea views.
In the basement, there is a fitness room with a treadmill, various exercise equipment, and toys for children.
The Konoba in the basement includes a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 20 people, and a fireplace that doubles as a grill. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as pool towels, are provided.
Villa Marina is situated on a 3000m² plot of land, approximately 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is vast and beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, grapevines, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls, offering privacy.

stunning property

Dreamlike property
Villa Marina and the surrounding area are ideal for family holidays. The proximity to Makarska and the well-equipped house are great for a relaxing holiday in Croatia. I can highly recommend this holiday home and hope to book another holiday soon, thank you to the Maduholiday team for their guidance from booking and also on site everyone was always friendly.

Super great vacation accommodation - more than just recommendable.
Just looking for accommodations for the next vacation in 2017, it appears that the newly listed Villa Marina in Makarska catches my eye. We spent a wonderful family vacation week there last April. The villa comes highly recommended, finest luxury, a guaranteed dream vacation! We were 6 people and had more than enough space, the description absolutely matches reality, the holiday home is luxuriously equipped, offers enough space for a large family, 5 bedrooms, a huge garden area, several terraces, the pool, and a fire pit with grill in the evening leave nothing to be desired for a vacation.
The view of the islands is breathtaking, the sunset every day is a spectacle in itself. A special experience was the full moon, rising impressively over the ridge of the Biokovo mountain range :O)
The pool is huge, and not just the kids had fun.
A special highlight was the boat trip to the island of Hvar on the motor yacht belonging to the homeowner, allowing us to see dreamy coves and visit places we would have never discovered otherwise. The house is one of five villas operated by the always friendly, helpful, and very dedicated landlord family in their small resort. The other 4 holiday houses are built in Dalmatian stone house style, very quaint and impressively built, each property something special.
We can more than recommend a stay in Villa Marina or one of the other houses of the Srzic family, special requests are always fulfilled without any problems.
