Description
Dalmatian Villa with Pool and Sea View, Panoramic View of the Dalmatian Islands of Brac and Hvar.
Villa Marina features four separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as one bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms available. In total, Villa Marina can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa boasts a large terrace with a private heated pool of 60m², a covered seating area and grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers, and umbrellas.
The living area spans 264m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned.
A closed garage for multiple cars as well as outdoor parking spaces are reserved for guests on the property.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, two bathrooms with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Additionally, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, and access to the terrace.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the large terrace with stunning sea views.
In the basement, there is a fitness room with a treadmill, various exercise equipment, and toys for children.
The Konoba in the basement includes a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 20 people, and a fireplace that doubles as a grill. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as pool towels, are provided.
Villa Marina is situated on a 3000m² plot of land, approximately 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is vast and beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, grapevines, olive trees, and palms, surrounded by cascading walls, offering privacy.

Dreamlike property
Villa Marina and the surrounding area are ideal for family holidays. The proximity to Makarska and the well-equipped house are great for a relaxing holiday in Croatia. I can highly recommend this holiday home and hope to book another holiday soon, thank you to the Maduholiday team for their guidance from booking and also on site everyone was always friendly.

Supertolles Urlaubsdomizil - mehr als nur empfehlenswert
gerade auf der Suche nach Unterkünften für den nächsten Urlaub 2017, finde ich hier anscheinend ganz neu eingestellt Villa Marina in Makarska, wo wir letztes Jahr im April eine wunderschöne Familienurlaubswoche verbracht haben.
Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert, Luxus vom feinsten, ein Traumurlaub garantiert!
Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz, die Beschreibung entspricht absolut der Realität, das Ferienhaus ist luxuriös ausgestattet, bietet genug Platz für eine Großfamilie, 5 Schlafzimmer, ein riesiger Gartenbereich, mehrere Terrassen, der Pool und eine Feuerstelle mit Grill am Abend lassen keine Urlaubswünsche offen.
Der Ausblick auf die Inseln ist atemberaubend, der Sonnenuntergang jeden Tag aufs neue ein Schauspiel für sich. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war der Vollmond, der eindrucksvoll über dem Bergrücken des Biokovo hervorkletterte :O)
Der Pool ist riesig, (nicht nur) die Kinder hatten Ihren Spaß.
Ein besonderes Highlight war der Bootsausflug auf die Insel Hvar mit der Motoryacht der Hausbesitzers, so konnten wir traumhafte Buchten sehen und kamen an Orte, die wir sonst nie kennengelernt hätten.
Das Haus ist eines von fünf Villen, welche die stets freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr bemühte Vermieter-Familie in Ihrem kleinen Resort betreibt. Die weiteren 4 Ferienhäuser sind im dalmatinischen Steinhaus-Stil erbaut, sehr urig und eindrucksvoll erbaut, jedes Anwesen etwas besonderes.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt in Villa Marina oder einer der anderen Häuser der Familie Srzic mehr als nur empfehlen, auch Sonderwünsche werden jederzeit problemlos erfüllt.
