Villa Pastori has 2 bedrooms. It has a living room with beautiful views of the lake, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Above the house is a large terrace with beautiful views to the lake.
The house also has private garden and a garage for the car.
A beach is only 30 m from the house ....
Ideal for a beach holiday and the Spring or Autumn for sport and for the beautiful promenade on Monte Baldo.
The new promenade by the beach going to Malcesine and even further (10 km all right on the lake).

From the north:
Brenner Motorway "Rovereto sud - Lago di Garda Nord". Signs for Garda follow up "Torbole", at the roundabout direction "Malcesine", followed by "Brenzone". After the villages "Assenza" and "Porto" is located on the right side, right on the lake, Belfiore Park Hotel, 2o meters further on left side Villa Pastori.
From the south:
Brenner Motorway "Affi - Lago di Garda Sud". Signs for Garda follow up "Garda", at the roundabout direction "Torri del Benaco", followed by "Brenzone". After the village "Magugnano" located on the right side, Villa Pastori.

We will gladly come back.....
We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing in the vacation apartment. The location is very nice and the view of the lake and the great garden make the vacation perfect (there is even an herb garden).
There is a garage for cyclists and a private parking space for the car in front of the house. The lake and the bike path are quickly accessible, as well as the supermarket and many excursion destinations.
The landlord is very friendly and helpful.
We give full 5 points!

So far, so good.
Bathroom/shower cabin dirty or mold already forming in the shower cabin (track). It is best to wash dishes before the first use. The coffee machine still had the full coffee filter from the previous user. Nowhere in the description does it mention that you have to move all the garden furniture every evening, as the sprinkler system and robotic lawnmower work at night.

Erster Urlaub am Gardasee
We were at Lake Garda for the first time. After a long search on the internet, we came across this holiday home. Based on the pictures and the description, we chose this property. We spent a week there with our grandson and dog. The location is somewhat dreamy, about in the middle of Lake Garda, which was quite convenient for our trips. You could reach Venice in no more than 2 hours. The house itself is located slightly elevated, which requires some stair climbing with luggage when arriving and departing. However, this is compensated by a beautiful garden and a great rooftop terrace. We lacked nothing in the house. The furnishings are tasteful and not overloaded. We felt very comfortable there. The landlord is very attentive and accommodating. We can recommend this house with a clear conscience!
