Upstairs, it includes a living area, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with toilet, shower. A large conservatory with dining area, reading corner, and beautiful garden view is also available.
On the lower floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, there is a children's room (walk-through room) with a bunk bed for 2 children and a bedroom with waterbeds for 2 adults.
If needed, a travel cot (Hauck) can also be set up; a high chair and baby bathtub are available. The property has a size of about 600 square meters and is available for your exclusive use. For sunny days, a large garden pavilion is set up. In the garden there is a grill and plenty of seating and lounging options as well as lots of space for playing. Children's swing with large sandbox.
A parking space for a car is located directly on the property.

Welcome to our holiday property right at the gateway to the Schlaubetal Nature Park. The property is located in a weekend settlement on the so-called Kanalinsel, a little outside of Müllrose, between the Kleiner Müllroser See and the Oder-Spree Canal. It is about 100 meters to the shore of the waters.
The location is quiet. The first shopping facilities are directly in Müllrose. There are also appealing dining options here. Other worthwhile destinations are: Schlaube hiking trail 25km, Müllrose beach, canoe rental, Neuzelle - monastery and brewery, Eisenhüttenstadt - post-socialist character, Eisenhüttenstadt/Fürstenberg - Oder meadows, local history museum, Frankfurt (Oder) - gateway to the Republic of Poland, city bridge crossing, Marienkirche Beeskow - castle, market, district town of the district LOS (Oder-Spree), Bad Saarow - Saarow thermal baths, Theater am See, grand buildings. Berlin is about 100 km away. The former watermills along the Schlaube are significant, all accessible via hiking trails, each in a different condition: Ragower Mühle - restaurant, animal enclosure, mill (our tip), Schwertzkower Mühle - restaurant, sawmill with demonstration sawing Schlaubemühle - nature conservation center of BUND Bremsorfer Mühle - youth hostel Mittelmühle - only foundation remains
