Description
Three adjacent houses which are rented together and accommodate 14 persons. Between the houses is a very nice private pool with a large terrace. Ideal for a stay with 3 families! The houses are located very quietly along a small road. In front of the main house there is a 15m wide terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Each house has its own entrance and facililities. The "main house" is completely new and consists of two individual areas. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment / guest house for 4 people, built in the beautiful "Miami style". Both inside and outside, it is very beautifully finished and equipped with luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a kitchen with among others a stove, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the property lies a large terrace offering stunning sea views.
On the right side of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the very large living room. Adjacent to the living is a huge sea-view terrace and a large dining table and some sunbeds. On the other side of the dining room is a large and fully equipped kitchen. This is of course equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and other appliances.
As mentioned, between the houses a beautiful swimming pool is located. Around the pool is a wooden deck and there is enough furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful views. The entrance to this part of the site is enclosed by an electric carport. Thus, you can park your car on site.
The third apartment is a second home and suitable for six people. This apartment is located on the other side of the pool. You have private access from the street, to the upper house. In this house there are three double bedrooms, with very good beds, mattresses and quilts. The 6 person house, which was built in an authentic Catalan style, has a spacious private terrace with garden furniture and sea views. The new kitchen is fully equipped. The house includes a separate bathroom and toilet with washbasin.
Your stay here will exude luxury and tranquility. At about kilometers away is the beautiful bay of Sa Tuna, with some excellent restaurants. The village of Begur is located approximately kilometers away and with its castle, small market and restaurants, it offers a typical Catalan atmosphere and appearance.
The entire property is carried out with high-quality materials. Bed linen and kitchen linen are included. For stays of two weeks or more, weekly housekeeping and a linen change are included. Towels can be rented for 10,- euro per person.

Location and surroundings of object
Begur and its surroundings are often referred to as the Spanish Riviera, the reason being that it is the most exclusive area on the Spanish Costa Brava. Here you will not find the usual typical blocks of large hotels nor noisy camping grounds.
This area is known for its exclusive horizon of villas which overlook the serene valleys and peaceful bays. Besides serene valleys and bays this area has a number of other unique characteristics. These include, old Medieval Villages, typical Spanish cuisine, some of the most exclusive golf resorts in Europe, breathtaking scenery, rocky cliffs and clean pristine beaches.
The area also offers a range of activities, such as the opportunity to dive or snorkel in the protected Medes Islands, nature trails or ski possibilities (seasonal) in the Pyrenees Mountain Range (2 hours drive), horseback riding, sailing, surfing or swimming. For culture lovers the cities Barcelona, Girona and Figueras are a must see as well as the surrounding local villages. The beaches Tamariu, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Llafranc and Sa Riera are the main local beaches for sunbathing.
Clues to the history of Begur can be found in the narrow streets of the town which bear names such as "de Pirates" and "de Moros. Today Begur remains a typical small Spanish town and in the streets that radiate out from the square are small shops and boutiques which cater for all your needs.
Whilst Begur is situated slightly inland, dotted around its periphery and all within just a few minutes drive, are many small coastal villages - Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aigua Blava.
Our villas and apartments have all been carefully selected. Most are situated in or just outside of the coastal villages but all are within easy reach of Begur. Similar in character to our other resorts Begur, and its villages are too small for the large mass tourism tour operators. Therefore, unlike other regions of Spain, this area has not yet been commercialised and is set in the same beautiful scenery that typifies the region of Catalunya.

Dreamlike location
My mother invited the entire family with partners, children, and grandchildren. After some initial problems that were quickly addressed, we were able to enjoy the time with 11 people. The view is fantastic, and the main house provides enough space for everyone to eat at the large table.
