Description
It awaits its nice guests with sophisticated furnishings. The renovated guesthouse has everything necessary for relaxation. It is possible to park your car or motorbike in the closed yard.
The floor space of the house is 170 square metres, and it can be rented from May to the end of September for a period of one week. It is ideal for a maximum of 10 people, but we can also accommodate more people with extra beds.
The house has two floors, you can only rent the first floor. There are 5 rooms on this floor.
All rooms have private bathrooms and a terrace. Furthermore, the facilities include an LCD TV with USB. This device allows you to watch your favourite movie or listen to your favourite music with your own data carrier. All rooms have air conditioning.

There is Wifi throughout the house, which only guests can use
In the garden, guests can enjoy a heated pool, which measures 6x4 metres. Next to the pool, garden furniture and sunbeds serve for maximum relaxation.

On the ground floor, in a separate flat, lives the owner, who will gladly help everyone
and he will not disturb you during your holiday.

Our guest flat with swimming pool is located in the recreation zone of Siófok. It is from Lake Balaton, and from the beach 200 m, from the centre 1000 m. There is a grocery shop nearby (400 m away) and a restaurant (15 m away).

Perfect vacation
Completely satisfied! Top location, super nice landlords who were always available for questions. Very clean, washing machine, coffee maker, and kettle available, fully equipped kitchen, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and the pool was a highlight!
