Description
"Maison Biemont" is a very cozy stone house from the 16th century. The living room with large fireplace can enchant the evenings with his firelight. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area has all the necessary facilities, including 4 burner gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom has a shower, the toilet is separate. For four people, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. If you plan to travel with more than four people, yet there is a sofa bed available. So can spend a pleasant holiday in "Maison Biemont" up to seven people.
Garden furniture invite you to relax. The smaller the garden area of the house is fenced, the adjacent playground is open. A barbecue is available for you.

The wide, sandy beaches are just 5 km away. Shops in just 4 km away La Haye du Puits with many small shops, supermarkets and weekly market (every Wednesday) at the regional, typical Norman products such as fish, seafood, cheese, cider, calvados and much more are offered. The Department of 'La Manche' is a friendly and fascinating host country. Inside green, outside everywhere blue sea. From Cherbourg to Mont St Michel art and history are always present. Magnificent residences and castles, simple country churches and wonderful cathedrals in Coutances, and the Abbey in Lessay. Wide sandy beaches, dunes and breathtaking cliffs invite every season. The major landmark of the coast, the Bay of Veys, the island Tatihou, the harbors, the Bay of Mont St Michel and within the country Bocage- landscapes, the natural park of marshes and the famous villages make 'La Manche' an exceptional nature experience ,
Ideally located on the peninsula can be taken from "Maison Biemont" made trips from Cherbourg on Coutances to Mont St. Michel.

Your four-legged companion can really let off steam at the huge sandy beaches. A paradise for dogs and dog owners. The lawn at the house offers plenty of room for the dog and child.
Like all of our cottages is equipped "Maison Biemont" with wireless.

Our dogs and we have enjoyed being here.
Beautiful and lovingly restored Norman house. The small fenced garden was perfect for our dogs and us. Behind the house, an enchanted garden for reading and relaxing.
Very friendly landlords in the neighboring house, who gave us some great tips.

Absolutely recommended!
We had a beautiful and very relaxing vacation here. The house is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You really find everything you need. The sea is just a stone's throw away. We were at the beach in about 10 minutes by bike. Since we were here with older dogs, we mostly drove to St. Germaine sur Aye, as you can go directly to the sea there without it being too strenuous. (10 minutes by car) The hosts are a very nice and above all attentive couple. And with the very detailed and current information folder in the house, hardly any questions remain unanswered.
So we can only highly recommend a vacation here.

Arrive and relax
We had two beautiful weeks and felt comfortable. The landlords are very nice and caring. The small enclosed garden with the adjacent large meadow is perfect for a vacation with a dog, as is the entire region. We were welcomed everywhere with our dog.

Great vacation with a dog
We spent a wonderful vacation here for the second time with children and a dog. A great house with everything you need. Our favorite place was in the courtyard surrounded by flowers, to have breakfast, a cup of coffee in the afternoon or to have dinner in the evening. The adjoining garden is great for dogs or children to play. The sea is only a stone's throw away, just like the beautiful villages with their markets. We would love to come back. A big thank you to the dear landlords.

Great holiday home
We had two great weeks in a beautiful and very well equipped holiday home.
The house is really spacious and the enclosed part of the garden also offers plenty of room for people and dogs. Although the weather was actually too nice to sit inside at all, we made ourselves comfortable in front of the open fireplace on some days in the evening.
Many thanks again to Mr. and Mrs. Wember for the nice conversations and the many helpful tips.
We will definitely be back!

Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in gut 10 min am Strand.
Da wir mit ältern Hunden hier waren ,sind wir meist nach St. Germaine sur Aye gefahren, da man dort direkt ans Meer kann ohne das es zu anstrengend ist.( 10 min mit dem Auto)
Die Gastgeber sind ein sehr nettes und vor allem aufmerksames Paar. Und mit der sehr ausführlichen und aktuellen Infomappe im Haus ,bleiben kaum noch Fragen offen.
Also wir können einen Urlaub hier nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wirklich geräumig und auch der eingezäunte Gartenteil bietet viel Platz für Mensch und Hund. Obwohl das Wetter eigentlich zu schön war, um überhaupt drinnen zu sitzen, haben wir es uns an einigen Tagen abends vor dem offenen Kamin gemütlich gemacht.
Vielen Dank nochmal an die Eheleute Wember für die netten Gespräche und die vielen hilfreicheneichen Tipps.

Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Im Sommer ist es durch den Naturstein angnehm kühl, an kälteren Tagen kann man es sich vor dem offenen Kamin gemütlich machen.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern sofort wieder hin fahren
Auch von den Natursteinhäusern der Normandie haben wir schon viel gehört und wollten diese Atmosphäre nun auch selbst erleben. Dennoch waren wir erstaunt, welch hübsches und gut gelungenes Juwel Familie Wember geschaffen hat. Von der liebevollen Einrichtung, die dem Ensemble optisch eine besondere nostalgische Note verleiht, über das reizende blühende Hausgärtchen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Urlaub auf der Halbinsel Cotentin war mit den vielen Tipps und Insider-Hinweisen der Familie äußerst abwechslungsreich und ausgefüllt. Radfahren, Wandern, Kultur und tolle Gezeiten-Erlebnisse werden wir noch lange vermissen.
