Great accommodation

We booked the upper flat and had a very nice holiday. The flat has a great big balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. It was clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The landlord is very nice and everything went smoothly from booking to handing over the keys. We will be happy to come back.

Summer, sun, sunshine.

We spent wonderful 14 days on holiday in the super equipped and very clean vacation rental. The beach and the small supermarket are only a few minutes' walk away. Nice contact with the landlords.

All in all, a highly recommended accommodation.

Exceeded expectations!

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view. The apartment has all the equipment you need, is very clean, and offers enough space for 4 people.

With 800 meters to the beach, it is also easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes. There are also various water sports/activities available there. Additionally, there are good restaurants/bars in the area.

The most beautiful view, however, is from the balcony during sunrise and sunset.

Overall, the apartment is highly recommended! We will gladly come back!

Gladly again

Never had such a well-equipped holiday apartment, everything was well thought out. Great large terrace with a beautiful view of Cres.
Very nice landlords who take care of their guests.
The bathroom in the upper apartment is not necessarily suitable for tall people (slanted ceiling, high shower tray) - this should perhaps be mentioned in the description.
Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

A superb holiday apartment in a fantastic location!

We spent a wonderful and relaxing vacation here. It is a very nice, clean, and tastefully decorated holiday apartment. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea and the neighboring island of Cres was simply fantastic! The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all utensils and appliances. The hosts have really thought of every little detail; from tin foil to vinegar/oil, salt/sugar, coffee/tea and so on, everything is available. The beach is approximately 5 minutes away on foot and can be reached via a path through the olive grove. Highly recommended! 10 minutes downhill on foot. There you will find everything you need to enjoy a beautiful, relaxing beach day, and 2 nice beach bars offer a variety of drinks and food.
You will always find a spot to enjoy the beautiful coves almost alone, with the beach not too crowded.
The surroundings are pleasantly quiet, and in the village, there are 2 small shops where you can buy your breakfast rolls and everything else (5-10 minutes on foot). The larger shopping markets are about 10-15 minutes away by car.
The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and friendly. We even met them in person during our vacation. They were always available for tips or information. Thank you very much.

Perfect vacation

It was a great vacation.. A perfectly equipped apartment, with all amenities. VERY clean. A great location, the beach with 2 bars can be reached in 10 minutes, where you can also enjoy a delicious pizza for lunch.

Top apartment in a beautiful location

Never had such a perfectly equipped vacation rental. Everything is there. From dishes to spices, olive oil, white wine vinegar, etc... Also, the location of the apartment is really great. Within a 10-minute distance (on foot) is a beautiful bathing bay.

The apartment is very well equipped. The view from the terrace is very nice. The air conditioning made the top floor location no issue.

The surroundings are very quiet and well-kept.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very well equipped. The air-conditioning and kitchen utensils were all there. Fly screens might be an idea.....The location to the beach is good. It can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. On a side note, there is no need to linger on concrete areas on the beach itself. If you like it shady, you can relax wonderfully under trees here. The handover and return of the keys went smoothly
Conclusion: Clear recommendation!

Arrive.....unpack.....comfort...... :))

The flat is super furnished, very bright with a DREAMFUL view of the sea and the island of Cres. Actually we wanted to go out for dinner more often, but the terrace with the view was wonderful and so we stayed at home almost every evening. The kitchen is great equipped, enough dishes and glasses, even "tupperware" were available.
The only big drawback for us was the lack of fly screens or mosquito nets (which are in the downstairs flat). Unfortunately, we were annoyed by the pests every evening or at night
The bathroom is a bit small (we are 1.85 and 1.96 tall) but we were still able to get along well. (The mosquitoes were worse for us).
The change of bed linen and towels was great! Thank you for that.

It was not far to the beach (approx. 15 min. on foot), but unfortunately it is downhill and then of course uphill again, but you are compensated with a super bathing bay! Clear water, shady spots everywhere and 2 bars where you can get ice cream, drinks and food.

Our conclusion: This was our first time here, but certainly not our last.

Pure relaxation

The flight from Hanover was quick, I booked a rental car from home (the counter opens at exactly 7 a.m.) and on the way to the flat I went shopping at the fruit and vegetable shop (delicious). I liked the flat very much, view of the sea, outdoor kitchen invites you to a breakfast buffet and barbecue, furnishings tip top, in the bedroom a few more hooks could be attached. It is not far to the beach and the water is unique. The bars also offer very tasty food. Excursions to Basca or Malinska are worthwhile. THANK YOU for a wonderful time. We will be back in summer.....

Great holiday flat in a dreamy little village

In the quiet village of Pinizici we stayed in a great sun-drenched holiday flat. Everything is of very high quality and very clean. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The dishes are not counted and sufficient for a few days, so you don't have to run the dishwasher all the time. A large fridge/freezer so that you can also do a bulk shopping in the supermarket in Krk, 10 km away. Large wardrobes, chests of drawers, shoe cupboard all available. The bathroom is a bit small due to the slope, especially for taller people. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the island of Cres. The way to the beach is quite steep, but there are enough parking spaces below. The places on the island are all worth seeing. We had a lovely holiday.
The Bornemanns are a lovely family and great landlords.

Super Urlaub

We had a very nice holiday. Everything was actually perfect. We especially enjoyed the peace. We only missed a charcoal grill. The electric grill is just not our thing (we come from Thuringia).

Vacation from the first minute...

We are a couple aged 50+ and spent a 14-day relaxation/beach holiday in Pinezici.

The photos in the presentation were already great, but our expectations were exceeded. We felt very comfortable in the holiday home from the first minute. The equipment of the apartment left nothing to be desired. The contact and handling with the landlord family was extremely friendly, smooth, and uncomplicated.
Conclusion: We can/will recommend the holiday apartment!!!!!!
