Villa Mici is on three floors and it is completed by a cosy outbuilding.
The interior is characterized by wooden beams, walls in stone, and tile and wood floors. All rooms are furnished with authentic furniture and rustic-style details.
The villa is surrounded by a wide garden with olive trees, flowered bushes and herbs.
The swimming pool is located in a panoramic and private position on the back of the villa, and it is equipped with loungers and parasols in the big solarium area.
At the side of the villa, a charming porch with view on the garden and on the pool is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy moments of absolute relaxation during summer days and to dine outdoors.
The outbuilding, placed next to the villa, can host up to 5 people and it has a cosy pergola equipped with table and chairs.
The villa is on three floors, furnished with attention to details in a rustic style.
The ground floor, provided with air-conditioning, is composed of a spacious living room with satellite TV and fireplace, a kitchen equipped with electric oven, natural gas oven with baking stone (provided with the necessary equipment for cooking pizza), microwave, fridge, dishwasher and two sinks (a steel one and a stone one), pantry, dining room with a table that can comfortably accommodate 10/12 people, a big fireplace and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor is composed of:
– a double bedroom with terrace and a loft with wardrobe;
– a wide bathroom with shower (usable as steam bath) and relaxation lounge;
– a triple bedroom composed of a double bed and a single bed on the loft;
– an open space area with a single bed and access to the terrace;
– a bathroom with shower.
The second attic floor is composed of:
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
– an open space area with a single bed.
The bedrooms on the first and second floor are equipped with air-conditioning.
Outside there is a porch equipped with table and chairs with view on the garden and on the pool.
The outbuilding, placed next to the villa, is provided with air-conditioning and houses:
– a dining room-kitchen with a single bed;
– a double bedroom;
– a bedroom with two single beds;
– a bathroom with shower.

Villa Mici is a carefully restored farmhouse located near Fermo, in the southern part of the Marche region.
This villa offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, which is characterized by green hills covered by olive tree groves, vineyards and cultivated fields, and it is only a few minutes from Fermo, where you can visit the old town centre rich in churches, museums and noble palaces and the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo. In the vicinity there are also many historic towns such as Montegranaro, Grottazzolina, Servigliano and Moresco.
With about a 15 minutes drive you can reach Porto San Giorgio and Lido di Fermo, seaside resorts with beautiful beaches with very fine sand and low depth and with many bars and restaurants.
For shopping lovers there are many Footwear Factory Outlets: Prada, Tod's, Hogan, Nero Giardini, Paciotti.
This villa is an ideal starting point also for nature lovers, who can easily reach the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, full of trekking trails and mountain bike routes.
At about 200 meters away there is a nice restaurant, where you can taste delicious dishes and local products such as Ciauscolo, the Maccheroncini of Campofilone, the renowned wines of the Piceno area and the Vernaccia of Serrapetrona.
