Description
Villa Fufi is a cozy villa on two floors, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
The interiors are characterized by wooden beams and tile floors. All rooms are furnished with authentic furniture and rustic-style details.
On the ground floor there are comfortable and spacious rooms: the living room with satellite TV and view on the pool, a wide dining room with fireplace and a professional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. In this floor there is also a guest bathroom and a laundry room.
On the first floor there are four large and well-finished bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom with shower, composed as follows:
- two bedrooms with a double bed;
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed (cm 190x80).
Windows are provided with insect screens.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning
Outdoors there is a porch with view on the garden and on the pool and a canopy.
Please note that the maximum number of adults that can be accommodated at the villa is 8 adults.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Fufi is a typical farmhouse of Marche, renovated with care of details. It is located near Arcevia, in the heart of Marche region.
This villa offers a beautiful view on the surrounding countryside, which is characterized by green hills covered with olive tree groves, vineyards and cultivated fields. The location is quiet and silent. The hours are marked by the sound of distant bells. In the surrounding area there are many historic towns such as Arcevia, Serra De' Conti, Piticchio, Loretello e Nidastore.
With about 30 minute drive you can reach Senigallia, seaside resort with beautiful beaches of very fine sand and low depth and with many bars and restaurants. In summer Senigallia comes to life with the famous Summer Jamboree, an international music festival on American culture and music of 40s and 50s.
This area is also known for the production of 'Lacrima', a renowned wine variety cultivated in the towns of Belvedere Ostrense, Ostra Vetere, Serra De Conti, Montecarotto, Maiolati Spontini and Castelplanio. Many wineries offer the possibility to taste the renowned wine 'Lacrima di Morro d'Alba', accompanied by crescia and cheese. In particular, the last Sunday of May the wineries open their doors to public, encouraging direct contact with wine lovers. So it's possible to enter in the wineries, taste the wines and buy them, discovering the secrets of winemaking and refinement.
The villa is surrounded by a wide garden where there is the swimming pool located in a panoramic and private position and equipped with loungers and parasols.
At the side of the villa, a charming porch with view on the garden and on the pool is equipped with sofas to enjoy moments of absolute relaxation during summer days and with a table for outdoor dining. Near the pool there is a canopy surrounded by flowers.
For cars there is a car park on the back of the villa.
