The holiday home is of solid construction (limestone-sandstone hollow bricks) Semi.
various rooms are paneled on one or two sides with "cedar wood" to give the house its typical "California ranch-style" character. Cedar also keeps away bugs
On our property there are still a lot of pine trees, which are protected today. These once gave the name to the Pinellas Peninsula
the property is located in Alston Height and is about 50 metres above beach level, here is the evacuation area (hurricanes).
The town is called Seminole. Preferred location with expensive estates, quiet and safe area.
