Two detached houses, situated just outside the village (600 m from the village square) and directly by the sea. Both houses have a fenced garden and are situated in a very large private plot. They are 100 m away from each other. Only 50 m below the houses is a small shady sandy beach, 300 m further away is a large sandy beach.
Lower house for 4-6 persons: 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds), kitchen-living room with sofa bed (convertible to 2 single beds) and dining area, WC/ shower. Large covered balcony with table, chairs, sofa bed, barbecue and beautiful sea view. Small balcony to the bedroom with direct view of the sea.
Upper house for 4-5 persons: 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds), kitchen-living room with sofa bed and dining area, WC/ shower. Covered balcony with table and chairs and beautiful view of the sea and the island of Paros. Vine-covered large terrace with brick sofa bed, table, chairs and barbecue.
