Description
The house is located in a very quiet area and in a park-like landscaped garden, directly on the sea with almost private beach. The whole property covers 3000 m2. The area has a very dry microclimate. It is a combination of sea and mountain. Even banana trees grow !! It is really a paradise on earth !!!
It has 100% sea view, both from the upper and the lower balcony!
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with balcony and bath.
The ground floor, about 50m ², consists of: living room with fireplace, TV, fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dining table, TV, dishwasher, and a shower.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture, parasols, basketball court, 2 showers and garden loungers
There is a large BBQ for sole use (see photo).
The property is fenced and therefore suitable for children.
A basketball court is also available.
There are 2 bikes available for free use.
The house is right on the sea, so if you open the garden gate to the sea, you are already on the beach !!
At the end of the property there is a garden shed with a beautiful terrace, almost by the sea !! where you can enjoy the breakfast and the sunset !!

A very nice vacation in Villa Evi.
We were with 4 people from 17.6. to 1.7.2023 in Villa Evi and had a calm, relaxing vacation. Everything was great, the house, the garden. Swimming in the crystal clear water was just fantastic. Everything you need is available, loungers, umbrellas, and palm trees for shade. It's only a 1500 m walk to Nea Skioni where you can eat well and affordably. We will definitely come back again. Thank you to Evi, who made this beautiful vacation possible for us.

Wonderful hospitality
Evi and Thanasis are the ideal hosts: reserved, but always there when needed. Occasionally, guests are treated to little treats from Evi's kitchen. The location of the semi-detached house in a park-sized garden cannot be topped - with a view of Mount Olympus at sunset. The beach is pebbly but exclusive. The village of Nea Skioni is only a few minutes' drive away and has all the necessary shops and good restaurants. Thanasis has a relevant list ready ...
The house is ideal for a family with children, two couples have to agree who gets the bigger bedroom and who gets the bathroom on the floor with the bedrooms.
Definitely recommended!

Happy holidays
Wonderful location directly on the sea with large beautiful and well-kept garden, very nice landlords who are always on hand to answer any questions,
lovely furnishing of the rooms, unfortunately no air conditioning in the larger bedroom,
all in all especially suitable for guests who like family closeness

Dream holiday
Villa Evi is the perfect holiday destination.
A very tastefully furnished house with a charming garden leaves nothing to be desired. Our basketball-loving family often played basketball in the garden and then enjoyed a dip in the sea.
Everything is available... complete kitchen equipment, barbecue, towels, garden furniture and bathing shoes... so that we lacked nothing.
What I found very nice was our evening game session in the garden house directly on the beach, very relaxing and fantastically beautiful at sunset.
In short...
Thanasis and Evi are very warm and helpful hosts who made it very easy for us to feel very comfortable.
A wonderful holiday that we would like to recommend to others.

We will definitely be back!
We had probably the most relaxing holiday in years.
The property is a bit outside the village centre, so you enjoy absolute peace and quiet. We always cycled to the bakery or to the shops.
The garden is beautifully designed and lovingly maintained. There are so many beautiful details. Our children used the spacious lawn for all kinds of games.
The flat is decorated in a traditional Greek style, very clean and fully equipped, it even has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The outdoor kitchen/barbecue area is also great.
We really took the hosts to our hearts, they are always helpful, happy to give tips and know many stories about the place itself and the surrounding area.
There is a small garden house down by the sea and sun loungers and parasols are available for use. We often had lunch or dinner here. The sea and the stone/sand beach are fantastically clean, the water is crystal clear and you usually have the whole beach section to yourself. There is a small reef on the right side of the property, ours loved to look for small crabs and fish there.
We will definitely be back!

es sind nur 1500 m Fussweg nach Nea Skioni,wo man gut und günstig essen kann.
Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.Danke an Evi ,die uns diesen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht hat.
Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern, zwei Ehepaare müssen sich einigen, werde da größere Schlafzimmer und wer das Bad auf der Etage mit den Schlafzimmern bekommt.
Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Das Grundstück liegt ein bisschen ausserhalb des Dorfkerns, so dass man absolute Ruhe geniesst. Wir sind jeweils mit dem Fahrrad zur Bäckerei oder zum Einkaufen gefahren.
Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön designt und wird liebevoll geflegt. Es gibt so viele wunderschöne Details. Unsere Kinder haben die weitläufige Rasenfläche für allerlei Spiele genutzt.
Die Wohnung ist griechisch traditionell eingerichtet, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet, es hat sogar einen Geschirrspüler sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die Outdoorküche/ Grillstelle ist auch super.
Die Gastgeber haben wir total ins Herz geschlossen, sie sind immer hilfsbereit, geben gerne Tipps und kennen viele Geschichten über den Ort selber und die Umgebung.
Am Meer unten hat es ein kleines Gartenhäuschen und Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind zur Nutzung bereit. Hier haben wir oft mittags oder abends gegessen. Das Meer und der Stein/Sandstrand sind traumhaft sauber, das Wasser ist kristallklar und man hat meist den ganzen Strandabschnitt für sich alleine. Zur rechten Seite des Grundstückes hat es ein kleines Riff, unsere liebten es dort nach Kleinen Krebsen und Fischen zu suchen.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit bezaubernden Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Basketball-begeisterte Familie spielte oftmals im Garten Basketball und genoss anschließend ein Sprung ins Meer.
Alles ist vorhanden... komplette Küchenausstattung, Grill, Handtücher, Gartenmöbel und Badeschuhe..., sodass uns an Nichts fehlte.
Was ich sehr schön fand, war unsere abendliche Spielerunde im Gartenhaus direkt am Strand, sehr entspannend und traumhaft schön bei Sonnenuntergang.

Thanasis und Evi sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die es uns sehr leicht gemacht haben uns sehr wohl zu fühlen.
Ein traumhafter Urlaub, den wir gern weiter empfehlen möchten.

Villa Evi was so much more than just vacation rental, it was our home for those two weeks. Evi and Thanasi are the kindest people you can imagine, always there to help you with anything you might need during your stay. Villa is not a simple furnished accomodation, but a lovely decorated home that will make you feel if you are visiting family.
Position beachfront gives you the nicest view from early morning to night, weather you are having coffee on your balcony, having lunch on the sitting area in front of villa or enjoying the sea in bungalow next to the beach. Garden is very well arranged, like in a park with many cute details that Evi designed all over the place. Boys loved the basketball playground in the yard, spent so much time on it playing and jumping to the sea after the game.
Safe parking inside the yard, lovely grass that you can walk all day long bare foot makes you feel relaxed. Many times we were served with most delicious fruit from the garden as well as some fabulous cakes our hosts prepared.
House is so very clean and well maintened. A lot of extra bedding and towels are available and kitchen has all necessary appliances .
Nearby village Nea Skionni offers nice variety of taverns and market, we can recommend Georgios on the beach for both fish and meat, as well as Captions in nearby Loutra, a great fish restaurant that was kindly recommended to us by Thanasi.
Full recommendation for this great place and lovely hosts. Can't wait to be back there.
