The house is equipped with more comforts for a peaceful stay. Moreover, in the common area you can use the swimming pool, a large garden and grill. the complex and 'divided into four apartments, three-room and two villas all furnished in the traditional Tuscan style. The garden completely fenced, is all surrounded by olive and fruit trees. Casa Milla is directly managed by its owner, Luciano (formerly well known bank manager in the area) The house has double bedrooms with twin beds, bathrooms with walk-in shower, dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, with pergola, equipped for meals and relaxation. All rooms are very comfortable, tastefully furnished in rustic style and have satellite TV. They are also equipped with central heating and a safe. The whole structure is free wi-fi. Pets not holiday home with pool in Tuscany is located in Cecina on the Etruscan Coast. Here you are at sea, where pristine small sprout of 'Tuscan archipelago islands, giving you a fabulous and unforgettable landscape. The sea is about 6 km away and there are some beautiful beaches in Marina di Cecina, Castiglioncello and Marina di Bibbona. There are the famous white beaches of Vada, clear and fine sand, more than 5 km long, with crystal clear sea, repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag. Go is a place in the municipality of Rosignano Maritime frequented by tourists from around the world. On the coast, shaded by thick pine forests, alternating characteristic seaside resorts and long stretches of beach, where you can rent umbrellas and chairs. A 2 km from the Villas found a supermarket and a Cecina, 4 km, you will find several shops. The weekly market is on Tuesday. The cities of Pisa and Lucca are reachable in less than an 'hour drive. The Podere services consist of apartments with the major comfort for a peaceful stay. Moreover, in the common area you can use the swimming pool, a large garden and grill.
We have 5 elegant flats inside the farmhouse and two independent cottages in dietrostante the main house. The garden completely fenced, is all surrounded by olive and fruit trees.

Cottage I can accommodate up to 4 people. It has bedroom, bathroom with shower, dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, veranda with pergola, equipped for meals and relaxation.

Apartment 1- 4: For 2-4 persons has bedroom, bathroom with shower room, dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed.
Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor and are about 45 square meters. Instead, the apartments 3 and 4 are located on the first floor and are about 50 square meters
The ground floor apartments have verandas with pergola overlooking the pool.
For apartments on the first floor there is a veranda, in the garden, furnished with tables and chairs for meals and relaxation.
Apartment 5: Located on the ground floor and is about 70 square meters and can accommodate up to six people.

Shopping:
The country is just a few minutes. Cecina is a good shopping center with its numerous shops. Tuesday is the day of the weekly market, where you can buy fruits, vegetables, cheeses and produce. The Conad supermarkets are open from Monday to Sunday all day from 8 to 20.
Place to visit:
Cecina is located near the main road, rail and sea. From here you can easily reach Florence (100km), Elba Island (40km), Siena (70km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (60 km), Volterra (30 km), San Gimignano (50km) .Bolgheri ( 10km), famous for its Avenue of cypress trees and for producing some of the most important wines known throughout the world, Sassicaia and Ornellaia.

Very appealing clean complex with beautiful pool and garden
Mr Luciano is very nice and helpful at all times. The flat is close to the beach and a good starting point for excursions. We liked it very much, only that a very busy road leads past the complex we did not like. The kitchen lacked a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. But all in all it was a nice holiday and we felt very comfortable in Milla House.

Great holiday with child for 13 years
We have been going to Casa Milla regularly, year after year, for 13 years and have been very satisfied. We are warmly welcomed and Luciano and his family are kind-hearted people: If there is ever a problem, Luciano is always there to help immediately. Our son feels very comfortable and we enjoy the family atmosphere very much. The complex is very well maintained and impresses with its beautiful pool and gardens. The pool is cleaned every day by the pool cleaner. The houses and flats are clean and furnished in Tuscan style and have everything you need for your holiday. If something is missing, you can contact Luciano, who will get it for you immediately. The terrace is bordered with small bushes and plants and equipped with a table and chairs, sometimes also a Hollywood swing (in the individual houses). In our case it was less than 10 metres from the pool. Facilities for drying laundry (beach towels etc.) are also well provided
There are two barbecue areas, which the holidaymakers like to use. One above the individual houses, one below the main house with the holiday flats
The complex is centrally located so that you can quickly and easily reach the nearest town, Cecina or the various possibilities to the sea. Furthermore, you can start great day trips from the complex because of the good central location.
We will gladly come again this year :-)

beautiful area
Located on a busy highway (206).
The garden was nicely landscaped, the pool was closed at the time. The immediate neighbour has 2 dogs that bark constantly and incessantly as long as we were on the terrace or in the garden. It was practically impossible to stay on the terrace. The landlord Luciano was aware of the problem but couldn't do anything about it. Luciano himself is very nice and obliging.
The kitchen equipment is very poor, e.g. a coffee pot, various cutting tools etc. are missing. There is a coffee pot, various cutting tools etc. missing.
Other interior decoration rustic, partly used, but the most necessary things are available.
Rating max. 2*.
Pets are not allowed (the neighbour has 2 barking dogs).
