On the ground floor, a new, modern bathroom with a washing machine awaits you. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – here, you will find everything you need for daily use.
The open living and dining area invites you to linger and is equipped with a Smart TV, a music system, board games, and a small library with books for all ages. On the upper floor, there is a new toilet, a small bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm). Additionally, a crib is available. Both bedrooms are equipped with external blinds that ensure restful sleep.
The outdoor area is also a highlight – the large, sheltered terrace features garden furniture, loungers, and a cozy beach chair that invites relaxation. Additionally, you will find a practical garden shed that is equipped with a barbecue, a clothes rack, and sand toys. Here, you can not only safely park and charge e-bikes, but it also provides space for strollers, hand carts, or walkers.

Between the seaside towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, in the midst of the UNESCO
"Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, the coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld. Our Cuxland comfort holiday home is quietly situated in a preferred location only 500m from the North Sea dyke, the cutter harbour and the green bathing beach. A parking space and a playground are available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
In Dorum-Neufeld you have the possibility to buy fresh rolls and groceries in a small grocery shop. You can also buy delicious bread rolls, cakes, etc. at the dyke bakery.
The nice coffee shop right next door invites you to have breakfast, lunch, coffee with delicious waffles and of course dinner. When the weather is good, everyone likes to visit the snack bars, ice cream and fish stalls directly on the Wadden Sea. (Unfortunately not open during the storm weeks). For larger purchases, there are numerous shopping facilities directly in Dorum. Here you will also find doctors' and vets' surgeries, a pharmacy, hairdressers etc..

Beautiful house and top service.
Very nice contact with the owner! He takes care of things immediately if something is not okay. Furthermore, the house is located outside so you are practically not bothered by cars. If you cannot control your dog, you cannot let it run in the garden, as everything is open to the other houses! Only a few hundred meters to the first fish sandwich and shopping possibilities. Right behind the dike, there is a great swimming pool directly on the North Sea. It's great that it's completely free with the guest card! The dog beach was also great. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation!
