Description
The 45 sqm small but very fine holiday accommodation, awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association, offers all the comforts that make up a relaxed holiday in a small space. The kitchenette is inserted in the living-dining area (fully equipped), wood for the stove is abundantly available, through a glass door you enter the bedroom, from there a staircase leads up to the bathroom with tub, toilet extra. In the storage room, off the bedroom, you will find the washing machine and the microwave.

Location and surroundings of object
The Hafenhaus flat is located in a small residential complex directly on the Schlei. It was originally a boathouse and was then converted into flats. This explains the immediate proximity to the Schlei. Living here is very quiet and relaxed. A garden with terraces and grassy area belongs to the flat. Sufficient garden furniture is available. From the flat or garden you have a direct view of the Schlei and can thus observe various sailing manoeuvres. If you own a boat, you can moor it in the adjacent harbour; the flat has its own mooring. The Baltic Sea Fjord Cycle Path runs through Stexwig. Stexwig is the ideal starting point for explorations of all kinds. You can be at the Baltic Sea in no time, and at the North Sea in about 1 hour.

Pure tranquillity
If you are looking for peace and quiet from everyday life, happiness for the soul and the eyes (the view of the small harbour and the Schlei is worth the trip alone), this is exactly the right place for you!
A dreamlike spot paired with a cosy flat lovingly furnished to a high standard down to the last detail and this perfect summer 2018 will make this holiday unforgettable for us. Not overrun by tourists, you will find many opportunities to take time out from the idyll. The picturesque Eckernförde, the smallest town in Germany Arnis and the traditional smokehouse Fön in Kappeln are a must. Of course, the Haitabu World Heritage Site and a boat trip up the Schlei to the mouth of the Baltic Sea are also a must, not forgetting a day at the beach in St. Peter-Ording..... Clearly 5 stars from us.

A paradise-your holiday flat!
So lovingly furnished, it really lacks nothing. A dream bathroom and the terraces!!!!! We sat outside on the seats, but the most beautiful seat is right at the front with a view of the harbour, the Schlei, the wide sky.... we sat here last night until after midnight.
It's a pity we have to leave. But we will be back!!!!

Beautiful days
We were able to experience at the Schlei.
The weather was great, so we could fully enjoy the terrace with the fantastic view of the Schlei. We felt very comfortable.
Now we are heading back home.

as you may have noticed, time and everyday life have completely receded into the background for us here. all the more we were delighted by the spontaneous extension that you made possible for us.
the Schlei, the area, our accommodation and the consistently friendly people in our neighborhood made the days fly by.
the fantastic weather did the rest.
just like our first visit in 2014, this holiday has been a beautiful time for us and our boat. We would love to come back.
