Relaxing holidays

We spent a very relaxing holiday in Funtana. The flat is very well maintained and well equipped. We especially liked the large balcony, which was directly accessible from the garden. The landlords are very cordial and take great care of their guests. We were provided with cakes, biscuits and much more. The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, close to the Dinopark; restaurants and bakers are within walking distance. We went to the beach by car. Behind the house there is a playground that is a bit outdated, which we used from time to time. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful holiday in Croatia with the Budinjas family.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Funtana. We were greeted by very friendly hosts in a very clean tastefully decorated flat. The location was very good. Centrally located to the bakery, restaurants and beach, yet quietly relaxed. We would recommend this great stay with the Budinjas family to anyone.

We visited Zdenker and Zlatko for the second time and are looking forward to the next visit. It's like vacation with friends - a warm welcome, very clean accommodation, and always great ideas and time for a nice chat. The beach and shopping are within walking distance. Porec and Vrsar are easily reachable by car in 5 minutes and are perfect for an evening stroll.

Gladly again!!!

We had a nice time in the apartment. Quiet location and still close to several restaurants, the beach is also wonderful to reach on foot. Directly behind the house, there are several paved paths with little traffic, ideal for joggers and cyclists. Very nice and courteous hosts create a family atmosphere.

The landlords are very dedicated and friendly. We were invited for a personal tour of the surroundings, so we were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable. We were also spoiled by the hosts with delicious pastries and even a cake. It is also suitable for families with children, as there is a playground right behind the house waiting for the little guests. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. Thank you very much, we would love to come back. The Dinosaur Park is reachable within a three-minute walk, and the Aquapark Porec (Aquacolors) is a ten-minute drive away. We missed a freezer compartment in the fridge and a second large burner on the electric stove in the kitchen.

We stayed in Funtana for 12 days and chose this landlord based on the top ratings. Incredibly nice, helpful landlords. Very clean and well-equipped apartment. Well-maintained outdoor area. Great location: bakery, supermarket, beach are easily accessible on foot or with the bicycles provided for free by the landlord. Funtana itself has very good transport connections in all directions. If we go on vacation to Istria again, we hope that there is still availability with the Budinja family.

Very nice accommodation.

We had a very nice holiday in this accommodation. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, adequately equipped, and has a pleasant size for a family with a toddler. The Budinja family is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet area, but the beach, a shopping facility, and very good restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Beautiful and restful vacation!!!

Spontaneously, I wanted to take a vacation alone in Croatia this summer. In my online research, I came across an advertisement by the Budinja family, who were extremely friendly and helpful from the first phone call. Mr. Budinja even arranged another apartment for me for the second week of my holiday in Funtana, as the family could only provide an apartment for one week during the time I wanted. He picked me up at the bus station in Porec and also took me back to the bus on the return day! For the entire vacation, he provided me with a bike for free! The apartment itself was lovingly furnished with everything you need and very clean! The landlords always had a friendly word on their lips! Several times I was brought self-baked, incredibly delicious cake! On moving day, Mr. Budinjas brought me along with my luggage to the other apartment!
Overall, I can say that I had a wonderful holiday week with the Budinjas family and felt very comfortable there!
I can fully recommend this accommodation.

We did everything right when booking. A wonderful holiday began with our arrival. Very nice landlords, a clean, well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds. In addition, a great, peaceful yet central location. A 5-minute walk to swim at the beach. An 8-minute drive to a quieter beach or to shop or stroll in Porec. Vacation in Funtana with the Budinja family

Very pleasant house in a quiet location on the outskirts of Funtana. Apartments generously equipped with flat screen TV, air conditioning, fitted kitchen, modern bathroom-shower, comfortable beds, and good mattresses. Bicycles are available for use. Parking for cars and motorcycles directly at the house. Restaurants and bakeries are around 250m away. Municipal beach near Hotel Funtana easily accessible by bike or car! During the summer season, the access barrier is unfortunately closed, and one parks in the available parking lot - after a short walk, you will soon reach the beach.
Very accommodating hosts - Zdenka and Zlatko Budinjas - always attentive and available for good conversations.
We have been coming here to these apartments in Funtana twice a year for about 14 years now!
Here, peace and relaxation in connection with nature right outside the door are guaranteed. We will continue to prefer this house in Funtana, Istria, without any restrictions!

Wonderful vacation

I have been going to Slatko and Zdenka for several years now,
and this year was once again a very nice vacation with a
lovely barbecue evening, getting to know the other guests, delicious food!
A vacation there is highly recommended, you feel like "at home".
Bicycles are also available, so you can easily ride to the beach, for dinner in the evening, or along the sea.

Visited the Budinja's for the 11th time, excellent service, very friendly and attentive hosts. Rooms in top condition, WiFi available. Beach accessible at 400m, restaurants and bakery at 200m. Quiet location of the house on a side street in Funtana, cycling and hiking trails directly by the house. The highlights are the host's barbecue evenings. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

We had a very nice family vacation at the Budinjas house, the house and the room are very clean, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The beach is a few meters away, but easily reachable by bike. There are many good and sometimes unique restaurants in this area and surroundings.
