Great landlords, great house!

We have already been to one of the houses for the second time and are very satisfied: everything is clean, well-maintained, there is a children's playground, and the kitchen equipment is very good. The pool is really nice, and there is also plenty of space. Handover and acceptance went smoothly - we will gladly come back!

Great House an the pool have sun all day

We were a group of 7 adults and a little child that loved the house. We had very lucky whit the weather.
The House has all that is need for a quiet and rest time and a playground for the kids.
I only recommend to the owners to have a big parasol for the barbecue. :)
A house to return for sure.

A lovely holiday week in a beautiful house in the countryside.

The Bittner family welcomed us very warmly. The house is very well equipped, we lacked nothing. When we had a small issue with the dishwasher, help was immediately available, and the problem was quickly resolved. A big thank you to Fernando for that.
At the Intermarché in Aljezur, you can get everything you need for meals, and Praia da Bordeira is a fantastic beach.
We felt very comfortable at Casa Luna holiday home. We can 100% recommend the vacation house Casa Luna.

Very beautiful, well-equipped house in one of the most beautiful areas of Portugal.

Wonderfully located, 5 minutes by car from Monte Clerigo. Wind-protected sun terrace with a beautiful pool. Very well-equipped kitchen. Small children's playground with a lot of toys. Pleasant hosts.

Charming place

Nicely furnished house in a beautiful area. Perfectly equipped kitchen, bright rooms with exits to the outside, 3 bathrooms. The best holidays ever!

The house and place is just incredible. These were the best holiday ever, with family, in peace and nature. House is fully equipped, very clean, there is nothing missing in the kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher), bathrooms are equipped with plenty of towels and hair dryer as well . The house atmosphere in general is very cozy. Large garden is perfect for children to play, and adults to take sun. There is a small playground for children and bbq place as well. Even we spent in Casa Luna winter holidays, we were able to use outdoor swimming pool in hotter days.
The place itself is very calm, close to the incredible beaches and breath taking cliff views, we rented the bikes and did lot of sport (running, surfing, biking).
The hosts are just perfect, they couldn’t organize the house and the guests staying in better way. We are looking forward to spend our next holidays in Casa Luna.

CASA LUNA, a very beautiful holiday home to feel good in!

Our family enjoyed our stay in the CASA LUNA holiday home very much. There is nothing missing in the house. We were particularly pleased with the duvets (not just sheets and woollen blankets as usual), the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi connection in the house!
The Bittner family is very nice, helpful, enthusiastic and always cares about the well-being of their guests.

Wonderful 2 weeks

We stayed in the house with Fam. Bittner for two weeks in September with eight of us and two children and had a super nice time. The house, the garden and the pool are very nice, there are lots of toys for the children and the kitchen is well equipped with lots of spices, vinegar, oil and much more.

Mrs. Bittner was always available for us from the first contact until the end and gave us great tips, also where to go out to eat. The Bittner family even organised a baby swing for our little one

The weather was great and there are many beautiful beaches in the area.


We felt very comfortable and will be back again.

Beautiful house in a quiet location

Great vacation!

We were there for 11 days and had a really great time.

The landlords welcomed us very warmly and also gave us some tips for our stay.
We visited many recommended beaches and it was really worth it!
Everything important is available in the house, you can cook in a well-equipped kitchen or grill outside on the terrace.

We felt very comfortable! There was a small deduction for the location, as we were already on the south coast two years ago and there the shopping opportunities are closer. But otherwise, the area was very quiet and pleasant, especially the viewpoints right on the coast are worth a visit.

Super Urlaub

It was a wonderful holiday in a super great house. Nothing was missing. We were warmly welcomed and everything was prepared, the holiday could start immediately. We were there with our two girls, 4 & 2 years old, and the house is just perfect for children. You can quickly reach beautiful beaches and have many experiences. We spent 12 lovely days there and will definitely come back.

Super Ferienhaus für Familien

We really enjoyed our two weeks of vacation at Casa Luna. The holiday home is generously equipped with everything one could wish for. The hosts are very warm, friendly, and helpful. In addition to the obvious highlights such as pool, children's playground, fireplace, cozy living and dining area, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail: the kitchen was very well equipped, there was a small play corner for our little girls with dolls and other toys, and there were great games, DVDs, books, etc. available for the whole family. The location on the west coast was ideal for us. There is still little tourism here, and at least by the end of March, we had the wild romantic beaches almost entirely to ourselves. We can highly recommend Casa Luna!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Casa Luna. Everything was taken care of, the Bittner family was very nice, and we felt at home from the first moment. Everything was provided for our baby, and our two older children had a lot of space and fun in the great pool and garden. We have been to this area in Portugal before, but this was definitely the most beautiful accommodation, and we will not be the last time there.

Casa Luna; wonderful place in beautiful Portugal

We stayed at Casa Luna for 2 weeks and enjoyed our holidays to the max! The house is very spacious and fully equipped, the pool and playground area are well maintained. The sunbeds are comfortable and there is sun as well as shade on the terrace. Within driving distance, there are several beaches, supermarket, several restaurants, etc. The Bittner family gives you a warm welcome and is very helpful.

For us, it was The Perfect Holiday and we will come back to Casa Luna!

Great house in a wonderful area

The house is a bit difficult to find, but if you understand the system with sectors as letters, then it's no problem :-)
The house is very well-maintained, and especially the kitchen has everything you need. It is better equipped than my kitchen at home. The rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are great. Having 3 bathrooms in the house is pure luxury. The landlords have really thought of everything. We were there in winter, and wood and heating were provided. The house is located in a beautiful landscape, the beach is easily accessible. There are many dream beaches in this area, and we have seen almost all of them. Even in January, there were still people swimming in the sea. The climate is around 18 degrees, and during the day, you could still sunbathe on the beach in the sun. Great restaurants in Aljezur and the surrounding area. We also enjoyed dining at Restaurant Gabriel 2, which is only a few minutes away by car. From here, you can easily explore the entire Algarve with day trips. The friendly and nice landlords are always available and happy to help. It was nice that we could have conversations in German. I highly recommend the house and would book it again.

Wonderful house for a relaxing holiday time

A very beautiful, clean, and well-equipped house. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful, we have taken beautiful trips by car and also made wonderful hikes. You can walk along the rocky coast beautifully. We had sunny days, but it was cold at night. However, the house can be heated well with the fireplace and air conditioning, so we never felt the cold. We will gladly come back!

Casa Luna is a place I will gladly return to. Clean, spacious, atmospheric, and fully equipped. The aesthetics of the equipment deserve attention - everything is new, fresh, and clean. Great conditions, I recommend!

Clean, cozy, fully equipped kitchenette. Fresh-smelling bedding and towels, fully equipped garden - sun loungers with mattresses, chairs, table, grill, and accessories. For cool evenings - the possibility of lighting a fireplace and heating the bedroom with air conditioning. The bedroom area separated from the living area ensures privacy. The owner speaks Polish - no communication barriers! Due to the terrain configuration, a car is necessary for transportation.

A lovingly decorated and well-thought-out holiday home, bright and clean in a quiet environment.

The spacious living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired. All rooms in the house have a door to the outside. After refreshing in the pool, we found it especially pleasant to have direct access to the bedroom for changing.

The house is very well equipped - especially if you arrive with children. There is even a playground on the property, toys, children's furniture, and dishes.
Great is the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor grill right on the terrace.

A dream for individualists.

Discovered this beautiful comfortable holiday villa on this site again. In May 2015, we enjoyed a 2-week vacation here and fell in love with this spot so much that we bought our own holiday home here. To all interested parties, we want to share our experiences from back then:

A beautiful villa with spacious rooms and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Everything very clean and the furnishings seem to be new. The love for detail, manifested in tasteful and stylish furnishings like teak deck chairs, selected artwork, books, games, movies, and much more, is palpable. Extensive maps and travel guides of the region are available. All information in the listing is accurate!

Ideal for holidays away from mass tourism. Pure relaxation without nightlife, but with excursions, hiking, sunbathing, and swimming in the private pool. A car is necessary for shopping (for example groceries). Market hall in Aljezur with fine fish and local fruits and vegetables. Good restaurants (o Paulo/Gulli=perfect) can be reached in about 5-10 minutes by car. Many good supermarkets in Lagos (Intermarché with a large selection in Aljezur). Stunning coasts with sometimes mighty cliffs and rock formations, idyllic sandy beaches (2 reachable in about 5 minutes by car) and blooming vegetation in May.

Very friendly and attentive landlords who also accommodate special requests. Due to having our own house, we probably won't spend holidays in Casa Luna, but we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! :)
