In the building you can use the observation deck located on the roof and a room for storing bicycles. There is also a gym at guests' disposal.

The apartments have a separate bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people, making it a great choice for families, people traveling as a couple or in a group. The bright interior of the apartment has been arranged in a way that ensures its greatest functionality. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom, and a fold-out sofa in the living room.
