Detached holiday home for 1-8 people in Sandepark in Groote Keeten, with WiFi.
In this modern, beautifully furnished holiday home for up to 8 people, you will have a wonderful vacation.

The house is divided as follows:

On the ground floor are:

-Bedroom 1 with 1 box spring bed 1.60x2m (2 mattresses), a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. The window can be darkened.

-Bedroom 2 with 1 box spring bed 1.60x2m (2 mattresses), a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. The window can be darkened.

-a storage room where you can find a crib and a high chair.

-the chic bathroom with a shower, toilet, a double sink, and a window.

-the open and well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island (5 burner induction cooktop with extractor hood) and 3 bar stools. A refrigerator, a separate freezer with 2 large drawers, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster are also included in the equipment.

-a small hallway, from which you can access another storage room, in which there is a washing machine, a dryer, and a second refrigerator, as well as seat cushions for the garden furniture and a small fan.

-here is also the 2nd bedroom with another spacious closet. Bathroom with a large shower with sliding door, toilet, sink, towel warmer, and a window. Here, underfloor heating ensures cozily warm feet.

-a very spacious, tastefully furnished living room with 2 couches, 2 armchairs, and a wall-mounted TV.

-a dining area with a large, oval table and 8 chairs.

Via an easily navigable wooden staircase with handrails, you reach the upper floor, where 2 additional bedrooms are located. -Bedroom 1 with a door is equipped with 1 double bed 1.60x2m (2 mattresses), a dresser, a chair, and a window that can be darkened.

-Bedroom 2 with a door is equipped with 2 single beds each 0.80x2m, 1 dresser, and a window that can be darkened.

Other equipment: Central heating, Wi-Fi.

Floor coverings: Ground floor: Laminate, Bathrooms: Tiles, Upper floor: Laminate. From the kitchen, you can access the wooden terrace, which is illuminated in the evening by recessed spots in the ground, enchanting the evening.

Here you can spend your barbecue evenings at a large table with 8 chairs, while your children and/or pets frolic through the beautiful, densely overgrown, fenced garden.

In the garden shed, which you are of course welcome to use, you will find a grill, sun umbrella, and handcart.

Up to 2 cars can be parked on the property. We wish you a wonderful and unforgettable vacation!

Detached holiday home for 1-8 people in Sandepark in Groote Keeten, with sauna. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
The beach is only 600 meters away and so within walking distance. You can also rent bikes from us on site and explore the dune landscapes optimally.
In summer the beach pavilion invites you to linger, in winter the newly built restaurant at the beach entrance. In the park itself there is a fishing pond, which is used with preference of children for rubber dinghy, a huge playground with football field (evening on the evening young against old deliver a match), a new playground with table tennis and boulevards.
About 4 km north is Callantsoog, one of the oldest beach resorts in North Holland.
