Holiday home Mare.
A newly built holiday home that is constantly updated with new furniture, because parts break, the bed linen tears, or the mattresses and bed frames become worn over time. We take care of the good condition of the house and have four parking spaces for our guests. More than 2 adults and the number of children depends on their age (younger children may be more) we cannot accommodate due to the limited number of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
We live in the house all year round and therefore have a part of the house for ourselves only, but it is practical that you can inform us immediately if something is not as it should be.

Our house is located in a quiet area in the holiday resort of Fazana. It is situated in the southwest region of Istria, opposite the Brioni National Park. It is about 5 km to Pula, the largest city in Istria, where the airport is also located, about 10 km from Fazana.
Around the center of Fazana there are several pebble beaches (from Stinjan to Peroj neighboring towns). It is 300 m to the center of Fazana, where there are numerous restaurants, shops, bakeries, a post office, and ATMs.

Brijuni National Park with its islands.
The island group is about 2 km away from Fažana. It is located on the Fažana Channel and can be reached by boat.
The islands are known as "Tito's Islands", for their vegetation, Roman excavations, and the zoo of Josip Broz Tito.
Pula is the largest city in Istria and, with its varied history, is now also the tourist and cultural center of the region. Worth seeing in Pula, the old Amphitheater also known as the Arena, Temple of Augustus, Roman arches, Roman floors with mosaics, Aquarium Pula, castle, and many more.
During the summer months, the Arena and various places in the city host numerous events, ranging from art and culture exhibitions, music concerts, to film festivals.
Gladiator fights are also part of the Arena's program.

Beach close to apartment/unfriendly landlord
The holiday apartment is very close to the beach, a 3-minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The Esevogic couple will remain in our memories... one positively, the other André most negatively.
The sofa bed in the living room was as hard as a board, meaning no cozy night's sleep. The washing machine is located directly in the landlord's apartment. If you want to do laundry, you have to arrange it with the landlady. The landlady told us they can do laundry whenever they want, just let us know beforehand. When I picked up the laundry for the first time, the landlord said we should stick to specific times.
There was nothing in the house rules about not being allowed to put air mattresses or swimming rings on the balcony. One day, we were standing at the door with air mattresses, ready to go to the beach, when the landlord came around the corner and asked if we could take the air mattresses into the apartment.
Of course, we'll take them. Should we just leave them in the parking lot?
At that time, the showers at the beach were closed (due to water scarcity).
But we brought the inflatable rings completely dry into the apartment. Then he immediately came back with his jarring response that you won't be here again. Ruining someone's vacation like that is really disgusting. And on the second day. After that, we avoided the guy.
A highly unpleasant man.
Visitors are not allowed in the apartment, or only with permission. We were with friends on site and actually wanted to sit together on the balcony in the evening, but apparently that had to be registered beforehand. Such a fuss. and this during the holiday when you actually want to relax. Next time, we'd rather pay more and not have to deal with the landlord.
The landlord's wife was always very friendly. We've been to Fažana 5 times, never had such an experience.

Die Wohnung ist für 2+2+1 und es gab 2+4 von Ihnen, das Sofa ist nicht zum Schlafen gedacht, senden Sie ein Bild von Ihrem Sofa von zu Hause, damit wir vergleichen können.
Es freut mich sehr Da zahlen sie das nächste mal lieber was drauf und haben mit dem Vermieter nix zu tun. Sag mir Bescheid, wenn du so etwas findest, damit ich es auch ausleihen kann.
