This stylish, light-flooded holiday villa is located in Gripole, a suburb with good road connections very close to Rovinj.
The villa is situated on a 1100 m² fenced plot and has a living area of 160 m². It offers accommodation for up to twelve people. The villa is spread over two floors, which are connected by external stairs. On the ground floor there is the air-conditioned dining and living room, the kitchen, one of the total three bathrooms, and two of the total six bedrooms.
On the first floor there are the four additional bedrooms as well as the two additional bathrooms (same amenities as on the ground floor).
In the outdoor area there is the 24m² private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and a sunshade.
Behind the villa is the covered terrace with a large dining area.
