We bought our 'Mien Ferienhuus' in 2013 and it went into rental after a refurbishment, especially of the living/dining area and the kitchen
I would like to point out the geographical orientation of our house: From morning to evening you live with us on the 'sunny side of life'; in the afternoons / evenings you enjoy the sun on the terrace (covered with an awning and new garden furniture, 2014) of our corner plot, which is not visible from the outside.
On the ground floor, you will find a separate WC in the entrance area, the new, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave / grill, normal coffee machine, additionally a Senseo pad, kettle, toaster, 4 zone ceramic hob, convection oven and fridge with freezer compartment) as well as the dining area (up to 6 people; high chair) with modern, summery flair and the large living room (Philips TV with Ambilight, home cinema system with Bluray and DVD, which also serves as a music system). Here you can enjoy THE cinema experience on our lounge leather sofa. The TV is connected to the internet via the WLAN, which is also accessible to you, and you can use services such as Maxdome, Videoload, etc. (please bring your login data), while your children sleep in the full-size beds in the children's room upstairs. Your 'realm' with double bed (adjustable slatted frames) is directly connected through the hallway, but sufficiently separated via the bathroom (if your baby does not sleep in the provided baby cot in the master bedroom).
The terrace is covered by the 4*2.5 metre awning, so that even in sunny weather (and the other holiday weather not to be mentioned here) you can sit sheltered on the provided garden furniture (with barbecue) and end the beach day while your children play in the garden or the quiet streets.
All windows are equipped with external blinds. So even in a 'super summer' no air conditioning is necessary.
All in all, the best conditions for a successful and relaxing holiday.

Our holiday home is located in Hooksiel, a holiday resort where you feel 'like on holiday' from the first minute.
Arrived in the Lange Drift, an almost pure holiday area, everyday life is immediately forgotten.
When we first saw the house there, in this beautiful location, it was immediately clear to us: this is it. You too will experience this enthusiasm.
The location of the house on the beautiful corner plot in the traffic-calmed holiday area is great
Short distances to the bakery / bike rental and also the way to the centre is no problem on foot.
The beach can also be reached quickly from here.

From the very beginning, we felt very well taken care of! Full, loving, and modern furnishings inside and out. We lacked nothing! Couldn't be better :)) We highly recommend this apartment! Quiet area near the dike. Bakery around the corner. Thanks to the great hosts!
