Description

The excellently furnished cottage with terrace and lake view is located on a secluded, quietly situated plot of approx. 800 sqm at the edge of the forest, 6 km east of Lake Stechlin.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed and TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. 3 beds in 2 rooms and a balcony, also with a beautiful view of the lake, can be reached via a staircase.
On the terrace (13 sqm) you can have breakfast in the sun and relax in a sheltered location.
In the transitional period, the house can be sufficiently heated with electric heaters. On cold days there is also a gas stove available.
An additional small hut can be used for storing bicycles or for children to play.

The house is located near the village of Old Globsow east Lake Stechlin the nature park clear Globsowsee has a very well-located public swimming area, from the house is a small private bay.

additional information about rental price:

The rental price is valid for an occupancy with 2 persons, up to 2 further persons pay additionally 5,-€ each per night. Apart from the cleaning fee, there are no further additional costs, insofar there are no additional costs for the heating in the transitional period.
Arrival and departure day is Saturday, in the low season also by arrangement.

additional information:

We rent our house from April to mid-November by the week from Sunday to minimum rental period is one bikes are included in the rent. The waste must be disposed of at the exit itself, trash bags are available.

Great location but the vacation rental was not clean.

Frau K. kritisiert zu Recht die nicht unserem Standart entsprechende Reinigung.
Das Haus wurde nach der letzten Endreinigung 14 Tage nicht vermietet,eine geplante Nachreinigung durch die Reinigungsfirma konnte akut wegen Erkrankung nicht stattfinden so daß zwar keine grundsätzlichen Sauberkeitsmängel ,wohl aber unschöne Defizite vor allem im Außenbereich zu verzeichnen waren.
Ich werde mich mit unserem Dienstleister um eine Lösung für solche Fälle kümmern. G.B.

Top equipped and cosy

We really enjoyed our holiday in the Finnhütte. The cabin is really super cosy and the equipment with all the trimmings is insane. We were able to relax well and had lots of barbecues and fires in the fire bowl. The area is great and we had the opportunity to do a lot of cycling and canoeing despite the weather being a bit mixed.
