Description
You are living in a modern, green flat-roof building. A small garden is available. The house includes an open, covered storage area. Here you can park your bicycles and charge your e-bike. There are sufficient parking spaces for your car.
The holiday home is adjacent to the landlord's residence.
The windows of the house are floor-to-ceiling glazed. Pleated blinds are available. The bedroom can be darkened with them. Radiators are installed as convectors in the screed in front of the glazing, so that the windows are freely accessible. The house can be individually air-conditioned—heated and cooled—via a modern heat pump with whisper-quiet indoor units.
Both the living room and the bedroom have maple laminate flooring. The kitchen area and bathroom are fitted with natural stone.
The bathroom is tiled with white marble up to the ceiling. The bathtub has a shower partition. In the living area you will find an extendable dining table with four seats. The seating group consists of a red leather sofa and a white wicker armchair. The farmhouse cupboard is of regional origin and a genuine antique, which gives the room a special character.
The kitchen with granite countertop features a two-burner stove, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo Duo coffee machine (pads or filter 102), and all essential kitchen utensils. Dishes, glasses (wine, sparkling wine, beer, juice, schnapps), and cutlery are provided for six people.
In the bedroom you will find two beds with motorized slatted frames. A cosmetic console with mirror and two white wicker chairs complete the furnishings. For your wardrobe, you can use an open clothes rack with drawer unit and luggage rack.
We have also decorated the apartment with originals by young artists.
The terrace is furnished with a bistro table, two chairs, and a sun umbrella. You will also find a beach chair here. This area is enclosed with a light fence and thus provides your dog with space to move.

Location and surroundings of object
You can expect a quiet residential street in the Ostscheid-Börstel district of the town of Löhne on the border to Bad Oeynhausen. The Blutwiese nature reserve is within walking distance. The dams of the Werre and Weser rivers are ideal for walks and bicycle tours.
In the centre of the district you will find a Netto grocery store and all important local suppliers (pharmacy, bakery, flowers, pizzeria).
Motorway exits to Löhne are on the A2 and A33. For rail travel, use the Bad Oeynhausen railway station with IC stop 5 km from the property.

If you are looking for wellness, we recommend a visit to the Bali-Therme in Bad Oeynhausen. There are also offers for outpatient spa treatments there. The spa offers daily spa concerts in the spa park and regular guided tours of the town. In the central spa park you will find the Wandelhalle and the spa theatre.
The other parks in Bad Oeynhausen as well as the dams of the Werre and Weser rivers are ideal for walks with low gradients
Hiking trails with gradients can be found in the nearby Wiehengebirge. You should not miss a visit to the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument in Porta Westfalica.
You will find a variety of golf courses within a radius of 15 km.

Holiday apartment Börstel Löhne
Small vacation apartment.
The kitchen is very small.
Equipped with the essentials.
The lighting is not really nice.
Unfortunately, the noise from the heating kept me awake.
Uncomfortable beds and very hard pillows.
When I complained about this, I was told they had never heard of that before.
Just my luck.
And all of this for 200 euros.

Wir bedauern, dass wir unsern Gast nicht voll zufriedenstellen konnten. Seit 2017 erfüllen wir jährlich ca. 30 mal die Wünsche zufriedener Gäste, ohne das es Reklamationen gab. Auf den Zuruf in Vorbereitung der Abreise, konnten wir hier leider nicht mehr reagieren.
