Description
The living room is equipped with a cosy seating area and fireplace. Experience satellite TV on the modern flat-screen TV, to which you are welcome to connect your own devices via USB or already existing HDMI cables
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker etc.
The bathroom has 1 shower and 1 WC.
You will find a washing machine in the annex.

In the living area, as well as in the large bedroom, you can enjoy additional cosy warmth thanks to modern infrared heating elements.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests. For longer stays at the beach and the necessary utensils, you can use the handcart.
A separate dog sofa is available for dogs.

You can do without your car as far as possible, almost everything is within easy reach on foot or by bus tram.
Holiday time means relaxation time
If you want to really relax on your holiday and escape the stress of everyday life, then you've come to the right place.
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park. The nearby beach with its beautiful dune landscape is only about 600 m away.
Children will also enjoy themselves here. There is a children's playground and an outdoor swimming pool belonging to the park, which can only be used by the holiday guests in the park.
The outdoor pool is open in July and August.
Dogs are very welcome here. What could be nicer for a dog than to be allowed to accompany his mistress or master on holiday? At the dog beach, your darling can romp around to his heart's content or take a refreshing bath.

We were satisfied.
We really liked the house. There is also a small fenced plot included, which our dog enjoyed. Everything you need is available. And with the fireplace, it's also very cozy and warm. Communication with the landlady was great. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, as well as a bakery or small restaurants.

Our vacation at Niki house
Facilities very good, garden great for the dog. Price/performance ratio is totally fine. Landlady very nice, we felt at home. Thanks, we would love to come back again.

1 Woche Entspannung
The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very comfortably furnished. The terrace is equipped with an awning to protect against the sun, so you can relax at any time of the day. We (2 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog) highly recommend it.

Relaxed New Year's Eve at Nikihaus
The location of the Niki house is perfect. The beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. We found everything we needed, such as spices and coffee filters.
With the lovely fireplace, you can make yourself really cozy and warm in winter!
The contact with the landlord also worked out great!
So, we had the perfect start to the new year!

beautiful winter vacation
This small, cute, and cozy holiday home is equipped with everything you need. The garden is fenced in, so our dog could run around outside carefree. The landlady is really nice and very reliable. The price-performance ratio is really great. The sea and the tram are easy to reach. All in all, I can only recommend this house. We will definitely book again.
