Description
The living room is equipped with a cosy seating area and fireplace. Experience satellite TV on the modern flat-screen TV, to which you are welcome to connect your own devices via USB or already existing HDMI cables
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker etc.
The bathroom has 1 shower and 1 WC.
You will find a washing machine in the annex.

In the living area, as well as in the large bedroom, you can enjoy additional cosy warmth thanks to modern infrared heating elements.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests. For longer stays at the beach and the necessary utensils, you can use the handcart.
A separate dog sofa is available for dogs.

Location and surroundings of object
You can do without your car as far as possible, almost everything is within easy reach on foot or by bus tram.
Holiday time means relaxation time
If you want to really relax on your holiday and escape the stress of everyday life, then you've come to the right place.
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park. The nearby beach with its beautiful dune landscape is only about 600 m away.
Children will also enjoy themselves here. There is a children's playground and an outdoor swimming pool belonging to the park, which can only be used by the holiday guests in the park.
The outdoor pool is open in July and August.
Dogs are very welcome here. What could be nicer for a dog than to be allowed to accompany his mistress or master on holiday? At the dog beach, your darling can romp around to his heart's content or take a refreshing bath.

We were satisfied.
We really liked the house. There is also a small fenced plot included, which our dog enjoyed. Everything you need is available. And with the fireplace, it's also very cozy and warm. Communication with the landlady was great. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, as well as a bakery or small restaurants.

1 Woche Entspannung
Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terasse ist mit einer Markise gegen die Sonne zu schützen, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit relaxen kann. Wir ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und 1 Hund) können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Entspanntes Silvester im Nikihaus
die Lage des Nikihauses ist perfekt. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man braucht z.B. auch Gewürze und Kaffeefilter waren da.
Mit dem schönen Kamin kann man es sich auch im Winter so richtig schön mollig warm ne gemütlich machen!
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat super geklappt!
Wir hatten somit den perfekten Start ins neue Jahr!

wunderschöner Winterurlaub
Dieses kleine, süße und gemütliche Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist eingezäumt, sodass unser Hund sorglos draußen rumlaufen konnte. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und sehr zuverlässig. Das Preis.-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super. Das Meer und die Tram ist schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
