Description
Beautiful holiday home with large grounds and private pool in Lumio, Corsica.
2 bedrooms for 2 people each, 1 bedroom for 2 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Large living room with dining table and bar, TV, satellite and WIFI reception. Spacious kitchen with large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Sufficient pans, plates, glasses etc. available for 7 people. Garden grill available. Top location, 5 minutes on foot to the sea and to the sandy beach. There are also very many and very beautiful beaches in the area towards Calvi or towards Ile Rousse. 10 minutes to Calvi airport, 10-15 minutes to CorsicaFerries. Many shopping opportunities in the village or in the neighboring villages. Very good restaurants for every taste can be found in the village or in the immediate vicinity.
The house is very quietly located and easily accessible on foot or by car. Parking is available on the property with a private garage. From the bedroom and from the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. Beautiful garden with many different trees and palms. You can smell the abundant rosemary! Dream view of the sea and the mountains. From sunrise to sunset (into the sea) you have sun all day.

Beautiful!
A beautifully situated villa, large extremely clean pool, equipment in the house and also in the outside area very good, everything very clean and well maintained! Surroundings very quiet.
You can make many excursions (bathing in the mud, canoeing, mountain hiking, coastal resorts). There are also many beautiful beaches in the area.
We enjoyed the holiday to the fullest as a family of 5.
The contact with Mr Balmer is very uncomplicated and very friendly.
