The 48 m² cosy living/dining room with its cosy sofa, a large screen with Dolby Surround and a hi-fi system invite you to spend entertaining evenings. A huge dining table for up to 12 people is suitable for entertaining game evenings. The adjoining kitchen with a 16m² cooking area is suitable for preparing meals together. On the ground floor there is also a toilet room and the utility room with washing machine and dryer. The rest and retreat possibilities are in the upper floors. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom and the 4th bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV.
Directly in front of the living/dining room is the 70 m² terrace. A sufficient number of garden furniture, 2 beach chairs and 2 sun loungers are waiting for you to have breakfast under the large sunshade in good weather, to enjoy the barbecue in the beach chair in the evening or to spend cosy hours chatting. There is space for your bicycles in a lockable room with the possibility to charge your e-bikes.
The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery. A large induction hob, oven, microwave, large dishwasher and huge fridge, egg boiler, kettle, toaster, waffle iron, blender, as well as 2 coffee machines (filter coffee) are part of the equipment.

All consumables are available for approx. 1 week.

Location and surroundings of object

Tönning is a small historic harbour town. It is the gateway to the Eiderstedt peninsula and lies at the mouth of the Eider to the North Sea. It is a perfect starting point for many activities. Enjoy the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, the Katinger Watt bird sanctuary, the West Coast Animal Park, the vastness of the landscape, the sandy beach by the sea and great cycling tours and the many sights. Good restaurants with upscale as well as middle-class cuisine and plenty of fresh fish provide variety if you don't want to cook for yourself. Tönning has a heated seawater swimming pool and the Tönning bathing beach is right next to it on the Eider. Here is the largest playground for all ages and also has a volleyball court. If you're feeling peckish, there's a pavilion offering drinks, ice cream and snacks. In the heated seawater swimming pool you can swim before breakfast and the senior citizens' park offers opportunities for exercise. Come and experience the beautiful landscape, the sea and the beautiful house.

Tönning levies a health resort tax from - and - at present this is € 1.20 and - from 15. 05. - it is € 2.00. This tax is to be paid to us on arrival and you will receive the spa cards from us.
