From the Marsch, you can easily reach the seaside resorts of Büsum or Sankt Peter Ording by car or train.
In just an hour's drive you can reach the Baltic Sea town of Flensburg or drive to Schleswig on the Schlei. In Schleswig you can visit Gottorf Castle and St. Peter's Cathedral.
The islands of Föhr, Amrum or Helgoland and the Hallig Hooge are enticing by ferry from Dagebüll or Schlüttsiel.
For a day trip to Sylt, all you need to do is take the train from Husum and after about 1.5 hours you will be on this beautiful island.
It is also not far to our Danish neighbours.

Very satisfied
We stayed in this accommodation from 02.04.-09.04.22. We will definitely be back. Frauke and Dirk are great landlords. The holiday flat is super clean, optimally and comfortably furnished. Although the weather was not ideal, we always looked forward to returning to the cosy flat after a day out.

Super beautiful, quietly located holiday apartment
We can highly recommend this accommodation. There is a wonderful view of the marsh, and you can only hear sheep and the north wind. The host family is also incredibly nice and accommodating and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is four kilometers to Husum, which is easy to ride.
We would love to come back soon!

Hello you two,
late but still from the heart!
Yes, the apartment is a bit off the beaten path. But it's quiet! My wife and I didn't notice the nearby train at all.
The apartment is lovingly furnished and absolutely great!
What can I say? Everything is perfect. And I stand by my name on that!

Beautiful holiday apartment
The holiday apartment has been lovingly furnished. Modern elements were mixed with old ones. The furnishings are of high quality. It is beautifully situated in nature. Anyone seeking peace and quiet will find it here. However, it is also quick to reach Husum by car. Upon our arrival, there was water and champagne in the fridge, along with lovingly wrapped cookies and several Giotto rolls. This made us feel warmly welcomed. All in all, a very nice holiday.
