The buildings of the "NERJA MEDINA" complex and our apartments are located in the western part of Nerja, in the immediate vicinity (80m) of Torrecilla Beach / Chucho / Playazo, in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, filled with tropical vegetation.
Three-room apartment features:
2 bedrooms (2 beds 190 x 90 and a second bedroom with double bed 145 x 190cm)
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin. 1 kitchen, electric stove, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, (complete set of dishes and kitchenware for 6 people), ironing board, iron, hairdryer.
1 living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi in the apartment
1 balcony with balcony furniture.
The apartments are separated from the street. Usable area of the apartment 60 m2. Bed linen and towels are provided. (Set of bed linen and towels 5 per person). We do not provide beach towels. The kitchen must be left in a clean condition.
The Nerja Medina complex with apartments is located on the western edge of the town of Nerja, 50 to 100 m from the Torresilla/Chucho beach, at the mouth of the seasonal river "Rio Chilar" and approx. 100 m from Torrecilla beach. At a distance of 40 - 60 meters from Nerja Medina is the Hotel Perla Marina **** and approx. 100 m away is our office StarNerja. The location on the edge of the city and also near the city center and the Balcony of Europe is one of the strengths of the position, away from the noisy night center.

NERJA and the SURROUNDING
Nerja is a well-known and very popular holiday resort in Andalusia, on the coast of Costa Del Sol. Nerja is a place that has kept the style and atmosphere of a traditional Andalusian cities. Diverse and rich social life, fiestas, exhibitions and concerts make this city a very attractive place for both vacationers and those who want to spend here most of the year. Hotels, apartments or villas can be rented for a week, two weeks, a month or more. You can also buy a villa or apartment on the property and spend their whole life.

Cancellation terms:
You will receive a half refund of the booking deposit minus the cancellation fee (50, - €) if you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before the planned date of arrival by 12:00 noon Central European time. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the planned date of arrival, are not refundable.
