Moin,
the Nordseehaus Gels is centrally located but in an absolutely quiet residential area. It has approx. 100m² of living space and 352m² of land. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room with a leather couch, dining table with 5 chairs, living room cupboard, 55" TV, DVD and music system. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cold days, the wood is provided free of charge. A separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the terrace. In the separate utility room you will find the dryer and the washing machine. The spacious bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor. Parking space directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the garden house.
Upstairs there is 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. A baby cot and guest bed are available and can be added. A small bathroom is also available on the first floor.
The terrace is covered and equipped with chairs and table. Here you will also find the 2 Dutch bicycles with bags for free use (at your own risk) and 2 pairs of Nordic walking sticks. The garden is completely fenced and cannot be seen. It can only be left through the terrace or the garden gate. There is also seating and a barbecue for sunbathing and relaxing.
The Grünhoff bakery is only about 350 metres away. Restaurant Goode Wind is about 500 metres away. The large discounters Aldi, Lidl, Combi can be reached by bicycle after about 1 km. The beach is best reached via the Kolkpadd (bicycle and walking path) after approx. 2 km. The Ocean Wave adventure pool (2 km) is a must! A bicycle tour along the dike to Greetsiel is also recommended.
