Description

The light-flooded flat is comfortably furnished so that you can feel at home from the first day of your holiday. SAT-TV, music system, CD radio, books and board games are available for your entertainment. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with sufficient dishes, cooking utensils and the necessary small electrical appliances (coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, hand mixer, raclette and fondue machine). A dishwasher is available.

The bedroom is upstairs has a double bed, in the attic there is a double bed and single bed.

Our holiday home with a total of 3 flats is located in the popular seaside resort of Wangerland-Hooksiel on the North Sea coast. The centre of the village with its attractive retail shops and restaurants is within walking distance. The beach is also only a few minutes away.

Wangerland with its coastal bathing resorts offers countless restaurants, cafes as well as quaint pubs. In the numerous shops, young and old can find maritime gifts and souvenirs. The seawater indoor wave pool in Hooksiel and the Frieslandtherme with sauna and wellness area in Horumersiel invite you to relax.

GUEST CONTRIBUTION per day from 2021:
Adults € 3.00, 13-17 year olds € 2.30, 4-12 year olds € 1.15, reduced guest fees apply during the secondary guest contribution period.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of a cancellation, the tenant must pay 90% of the agreed rental price (excluding final cleaning, extra services, and guest fee) if re-renting in the same period is not possible. If the property is rented out to another party, only a processing fee of 40 euros will be charged. Therefore, the landlords recommend obtaining trip cancellation or interruption insurance in a timely manner. Should the rental of this apartment be prohibited during the selected travel period due to a governmental general ban on accommodation (epidemic/pandemic), a cancellation will be made free of charge.

Very nice holiday apartment

We were four in the holiday apartment Möwe and were very satisfied. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and even recently fitted with a new oven and a new dishwasher.

The location was also top-notch; you can reach both bakeries in the village in a relatively short time.

Bicycles are definitely recommended for the beach or the surroundings, which can also be rented in Hooksiel.

We would love to come back.

I cannot recommend this apartment with a clear conscience. Cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, is inadequate.

Cleanliness partially inadequate. Especially in the kitchen. The balcony looks nice only in the photo; reality looks different, unfortunately. The doorbell is broken, broom, dustpan, and drying rack are not available. Two stove burners are defective, the hairdryer is broken. Best Wi-Fi reception on the stairs.

mit einer derartigen Bewertung haben wir bereits gerechnet, nachdem Sie vom ersten Urlaubstag an mit der angemieteten Ferienwohnung unzufrieden waren. Die Ihrerseits schon bei Anreise vermisste Waschmaschine und Wäscherockner sind unsererseits weder angeboten noch irgendwo inseriert worden. Ein neuer Fön wurde Ihnen unverzüglich bereitgestellt. Die angeblich fehlenden Reinigungsutensilien lagern im Abstellraum. Die erst in der Bewertung erwähnten Probleme mit Klingel und Herd werden wir unverzüglich überprüfen; bisher hat kein anderer Gast derartige Schwierigkeiten erwähnt. Unsere Ferienhausbetreuung war über den Zustand der Wohnung nach Ihrer Abreise - ungespültes Geschirr, Müll, etc. - echt enttäuscht. Schade, dass unsere Ferienhausbetreuung Ihre Unzufriedenheit so zu spüren bekommt.

Relaxed days in March

Autumn holidays

Nice flat with small weaknesses. The furnishings are fine. In places the cleaning was superficial and the wall next to the dishwasher urgently needs a new coat of paint. In stormy weather, TV reception was not possible on two occasions. Good location in a quiet street, many things within walking distance.

We will be back!!!

We felt at home. The children had their own bedroom under the roof, which they loved. The kitchen was a bit cramped with 5 people, but everything was there. Because we had 3 days of rain and thunderstorms, the games in the accommodation were great. Due to the bad weather, we were unfortunately almost unable to enjoy the balcony, which could do with a little freshening up....
Otherwise, the flat is wonderful and centrally located.
You could easily reach the centre or the nearby Edeka and bakery in a few minutes.

Perfect Vacation

The youth has their own floor.

The family vacation was a success. The separate sleeping area in the spacious attic was really great for the two boys. Quite a central location, good excursion opportunities, and therefore worth recommending.

Familiengerechte Wohnung

In a quiet residential street is the holiday house with a total of 3 apartments. Many places are accessible even without a car. The bathing beaches of Wangerland are clean and attractively designed. Thanks to well-developed cycle paths, safe bike tours can also be undertaken with younger children.

Holiday apartment Seagull on the upper floor

Hi there. Our summer holiday had sunny and many rainy hours. Thanks to the spacious apartment, we could make the most of it. The kitchen with dining area could be larger, but the huge children's room in the attic was a paradise for our kids. This way, we parents also had time for a good book with delicious East Frisian tea.

We can only report good things. First, we pondered for a long time whether we should even travel in Corona times. The time in Hooksiel was beautiful, the other vacationers were friendly and relaxed. The walks on the dyke and on the beach were so beautiful.

Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with the holiday apartment Möwe. The equipment corresponds to the description in the advertisement. The manager was friendly and the apartment clean. Our children and we parents had a lot of fun in the wave pool, indoor playground Hohenkirchen, ... During the off-season, this apartment is a real bargain.

Post-season

In the off-season, after the calm has returned to Hooksiel, we spent 6 beautiful relaxing days here. It was a pity that only a few restaurants were still open at the beginning of November. Fortunately, the kitchen is well equipped, so we were able to cater for ourselves. Comfortable sofas and a large selection of books was perfect for relaxing hours in the flat. The centre of the village is within walking distance.

As always: simply great!

This time we tried another apartment of yours and immediately felt at home. Really well-equipped, everything clean. The seating options in the kitchen could be bigger. The Wangermeer with its special sports offerings is really great.

Really satisfied

Our first stay in Hooksiel was great. The flat was big enough for us (2 kids, 2 adults) and well furnished. Besides the many beach days, we visited some seaside resorts, Jever, Wilhelmhafen and Wangerooge. The restaurants and the ice cream parlour in Hooksiel did not disappoint us once. 2 weeks of holiday without boredom.
