The holiday apartment is available for your vacation getaway in arguably one of Germany's most attractive sea towns located at the North Sea Ocean - Unesco World Heritage of Tidelands.
The ground floor residence is a fully featured adult oriented home with magnificient views and surrounded by lush gardens.
The home has convenient access to biking/ walking trails to the beaches of Duhnen und Sahlenburg and the Unesco World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet and green area, yet it is only a few steps to the centre of the action in Cuxhaven-Duhnen, 2 km away. The best way to get there is by bike or on foot along various beautiful side paths. The shortest route is along Karl-Waller-Weg, then left into Sahlweg to Duhnen. The Edeka Markt Holling and Bäcker Itjen with a nice café are very close to the house on Sahlenburger Chaussee (approx. 500m)
Our favourite route to the sea: Turn right next to Bäcker Itjen into Butendieksweg, then straight ahead, follow the twists and turns, but then turn right into Schaarhornweg, straight ahead and then left at the horse farm into the field path to the sea. At the sea, turn right towards Duhnen, then in Duhnen via Sahlweg back to the house. This is a nice hike in winter, and a little excursion by bike in summer
You can do your shopping easily on foot. Baker, Edeka market and Cafe Itjen are 500m away from the house in Sahlenburg. In summer we cycle to the sea on beautiful byways - in winter we walk the distance and warm up in Duhnen at the beacon with wonderful cake.

Relaxing holiday!
This house is really something special. Very cosy and well-kept, not too crowded, everything pleasantly sorted. Although we only had a week's holiday, we had a very good rest. Thanks to the friendly landlords.

Very beautiful holiday home, very well kept and nicely furnished. Nice location! Nothing is missing! Everything is easily reachable by bike in a few minutes, it takes a pleasant 10 minutes to get to the beach. Thank you very much to the nice landlord!
